Space2Create is a Kendal based Charity using all forms creative activity to improve the well-being of vulnerable individuals suffering or recovering from a range of long term mental and physical health conditions. Glaisdale Playgroup works for the public benefit having as its objects the development and education of children and young people in particular by; promoting their care and safety; their education and parental involvement; their health and well being; providing services to support them and their families and carers; and furthering the aims of the Pre-school Learning Alliance.

Our voluntarily managed and operated charity provides our Village Community Centre, Playground and other facilities. We organise socially inclusive events, either independently or with other village groups, and lead, support or promote existing and new social activities. The objects of the CIO are to educate the public in the art and science of choral music and to promote, develop, and maintain appreciation of choral music in all its aspects by the presentation of public concerts , and by such other ways as the CIO through its committee shall determine from time to time.
