York and District Animal home for the rehoming of stray and unwanted animals

We operate in the North Craven area of Yorkshire where we (a) Preserve built heritage which is of particular beauty or historical, architectural or constructional interest; and(b) Acquire, preserve, document, interpret and make accessible exhibits, objects and collections relating to the social, agricultural, industrial and built environment through the provision of a museum service

Provision of education and care services for young people and adults with learning disabilities and difficulties, families and children. Reconnecting people to the land through practical lifeskills training. Provides enriching and worthwhile activities that are linked directly into the well-being of the community.

We provide short term emergency accommodation for homeless adults and some further longer term supported housing. We also provide a day centre with access to various services including food provision.

SASH prevents vulnerable young people from becoming homeless by offering them a room in a volunteer?s home. We provide emergency accommodation through our Nightstop Service for up to 14 nights. Longer term accommodation, for up to 2 years is provided through our Supported Lodgings schemes.

WCTS supports mental health and emotional wellbeing of women in Leeds prioritising those on low income and those who struggle to access or engage with statutory services. Core activities: provision of individual and group counselling and psychotherapy in a women's service; peer support; partnerships with other services; contributing to a co-ordinated approach to service delivery to women.
