The Military WAGS Choir Catterick Garrison routinely rehearses, and performs in public.The charity's Trustees are satisfied that the choir's activities are in accordance with its stated objectives (the study and practice of choral music to foster public knowledge and appreciation of such music) and pass both the 'benefit' and 'public' aspect of the Charity Commissions' guidance.

The Bulls are an amatuer Wheelchair Rugby Club operating out of Sedgefield in County Durham. Our main aim is the relief of disabled people by the promotion of disability sport and in particular Wheelchair Rugby in County Durham, Teesside & North Yorkshire.

Provision of a community library, information service and IT resources as part of a multi service facility within the Derwent Valley. We provide opportunities for volunteering, an adult readers book club, activities for children and their families/carers, a local history/family history resource, talks and events of literary and local interest, a craft group, meeting rooms for the local community.

POPI is a Babybank service. We provide equipment for babies and children under 5 free of charge to families in need on a Referrals basis. Referrals can be made by professionals such as social workers and health visitors and support agencies such as Domestic Violence Support, Homestart and Refugee Support. Examples of items that we provide include prams, pushchairs, cots, clothing, toys, nappies.

The provision and maintenance of the village hall for the use and benefit of the inhabitants of the parish; to allow physical and mental recreation and social, moral and intellectual development through activities such as meetings, classes, sports, dances and social functions.

We provide scouting for boys and girls in the Great Ayton area.

We hold regular meetings on the third Saturday in the month with the exception of December.Some meetings have a business section followed by a talk or demonstration given by a visiting textile artist. Other meetings are used to practice and share our skills.We also demonstrate our crafts at local events and shows.

The Charity was established to operate and maintain the local Village Hall for the use and benefit of all the residents

We raise money to support the pupils and staff, by organising various events in the village, such as a Christmas fayre, barbecue, sponsored run and selling school tea towels.The funds raised recently have bought items such as laptop computers, library books, and football goalposts

By providing a sustainable, and flexible and multi-purpose, community-led hub (58 Flaxley Road) to host awide range of activities, such as 'drop in' sessions, regular groups, and meetings/workshops, and providespace for partners, including charities / social enterprises, to also deliver activities including services.

TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR A WIDE VARIETY OF RECREATIONAL, CHARITABLE AND SOCIAL GROUPS AND FOR THE SCHOOL.THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE SEEK TO PROVIDE COST-EFFECTIVE FACILITIES TO MEET A WIDER RANGE OF ACTIVITIES E.G, WEDDING RECEPTIONS AND MORE SOCIAL ACTIVITIES). THE COMMITTEE HAS BEEN ABLE TO HOLD HIRE RATES FOR THE COMING YEAR. CONTRACT WITH NYCC TO PROVIDE TRAINING VENUE.

Almshouse Charity providing accommodation for the needy and elderly in Cawood, Selby

The activities of the Community Library provide a service which involves the loan of books and other media such as audio books and films on DVD etc. These activities foster and encourage the appreciation of books, literature and associated matters for the whole community.
