Friends of Applegarth raise money to support enrichment activities within The Applegarth School, Northallerton and provide equipment.

The charity exists to promote social, educational, religious and recreational activities for the benefit of the local community.

Monitor and comment on planning proposals in Harrogate and surrounding areas; issue Newsletters to members; run seminars/lecture programmes; undertake projects to promote the heritage of Harrogate

Fundraising:- Coffee mornings - jumble sale & donations. All money raised to maintain and upkeep God's Acre (village cemetery).
