To further such purposes as are exclusively charitable according to the laws of England and Wales as the trustees may from time to time determine for the benefit of the community of Tockwith and surrounding area by funds raised from the Tockwith festivals.

The object of Haworth Band (the charitable company), in accordance with its Constitution, is to provide musical entertainment and services to the community (and wider community) and training and tuition to novices and improvers who seek to learn music for personal gratification or to enhance career directions and/or pursuits as a means of vocational or professional qualifications and employment.

Assistance to the registered blind of the Whitby area.

Weekly recording of local news for the blind and partially sighted. Occasional audio magazine also produced.

To promote for the benefit of the public, the repair,restoration,preservation and upkeep of the Georgian Theatre Royal Richmond,North Yorkshire, as a building of historic importance. To promote, maintain, improve and advance education, particularly by the improvement and development of public taste and appreciation and understanding of theatre.

Provides a room for meetings and other village activities.

This is a grant making charity aimed at enhancing the quality of life for people living in the Ryedale community. Grants include ordinary, crisis and match-funding. Only within the Ryedale area of North Yorkshire.

PTA -Parents supporting school via fund raising

The Society runs a community-based choir, operating in the areas of Skipton, Craven and Bradford.

Educational & social activities aimed at those persons 50 years and over. Classes and courses run by, taught by and financed by the members of Ryedale University of the Third Age. It is a self help organisation promoting continuing learning for the retired, although there is no age limit for membership.

The Charity makes grants, mainly to other charities carrying out good works. It operates principly in Yorkshire.

Maintenance and upkeep of Grange Chapel and adjoining cottage.

THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS: TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN THE MUSICAL AND DRAMATIC ARTS AND TO FURTHER THE DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC APPRECIATION AND TASTE IN THE SAID ARTS, IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING TRAINING IN THE SKILLS ASSOCIATED WITH ARTISTIC PRACTICE AND STAGING ARTISTIC PERFORMANCES, PLAYS, DRAMAS, COMEDIES, OPERAS, OPERETTAS AND OTHER DRAMATIC AND OPERATIC WORKS.

Hire of village hall

To provide financial services. Collection and payment of monies for all children's activities within school which are to be paid by parent/carers.

Advancement of Christian religion and education; the relief of poverty and sickness at home or overseas

Village hall used for community events, dancing, games, meetings etc.

Fundraising for Ingleton Primary school- extra equipment, school trips and school social events
