To provide an annual pension. Pensioners shall be vulnerable females who reside in the Tadcaster Benefice. The Trustees should appoint up to 20 pensioners p.a. Should there be sufficient income remaining or insufficient pension applications during the year, then further applications from other vulnerable people in social need, will be considered.

Infant School

Brompton Village Hall acts as a 'community hub' within the village. Organisations including the Local History Society, Brompton and District Gardening Club, Parish Council, Village Ventures Community Lunch club, Ducklings Toddler Group, Brownies and Brompton Primary School all use the hall. Other uses include fundraising for charity, private parties, musical evenings and educational classes.

The Village Hall Committee maintain and operate Welbury Village Hall for use by its residents and individuals who use the hall. The hall is used by the WI, Parish Council , Parochial Church Council for meetings and events plus regular social and fitness classes and it is available to rent for parties etc. by residents and other groups.

Financial support for girls and young women living or attending school within the City of Ripon

The hall is available for hire to the public for bingo, whist,mother and baby groups,dance and fitness classes etc and private parties.

Fundraising from Fetes & Fairs, donations, clothing sales, bun sales and various other organised events.

Brighter Futures Yorkshire delivers a variety of peer support activities within Selby District, North Yorkshire for people who experience mental health challenges.

During the past year, the charity maintained active contacts with the ethnic minority groups & supported them in various ways. As charity itself in financial crisis no such help could be provided to other groups to enhance the potentiality of the youths. Facilities in training in indian arts, music, drama & basic computer provided together with healthcare, cultural & religious festivals.

We maintain and hire out Heslington Village Meeting Room.

The Hall is used for: Adult & Children Dance Classes; Fitness Groups; Heritage & Other Interest Group Meetings; Jumble Sales; Annual Pantomime & Handicraft Show.

The charity has created a public park on a piece of derelict land in the market town of Malton. It is now open to the public daily, is used for public/community events, open air theatre & music and educational activities.

The charity pays the income of the trust fund to organisations supporting the inhabitants and community of the villages of Huby and Sutton-on-the Forest.

We are a mixed choir of about 35 members aiming to help people enjoy singing and develop their musical talents through training, rehearsal and public performances. Our concerts are mainly to raise funds for local charities and good causes.

The performance of choral concerts around North Yorkshire and Tees Valley, in many cases choral works which are rarely performed in the area where the concerts are given

Hutton Rudby School Fund operates for general charitable purposes including education, relief of poverty, overseas aid as well as sport & recreation activities

We provide support groups to parents and family carers who have a child or children with a special educational need or disability.We are a parent-led and volunteer-led organisation.We also signpost parents and family carers to information, specialist support and local resources.
