The main purpose of the Charity is to manage and maintain the village hall to provide an amenity for use by residents of the village. In addition, it promotes village events to encourage social interaction and a sense of community.

We rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome small to medium reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates. Those who can't be rehomed live in the rescue, which is run from our home. We aim to keep them and provide for them for the rest of their lives.

General charity work including the alleviation of poverty and support of educational activity in the vicinity of Harringworth, Northamptonshire

To provide support and complementary therapies primarily to those people experiencing cancer within Northamptonshire. To maintain appropriate records of clients receiving support and assessment. The preservation of health and saving of lives in Northamptonshire for the public benefit by providing early assistance to patients residing in Northamptonshire by responding to life threatening emergencies in collaboration with the East Midlands Ambulance Service and providing educational training in basic life support and first aid to community groups in Rural Northamptonshire.

Maintenance of Village Hall and provision of hiring to parishioners and parish organisations

To advance the education of pupils in the school in particular by developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school.
