The Charity is named to honour Fred Roche who did much to create Milton Keynes. It promotes high quality planning, urban design and landscaping in new urban developments. The Memorial Fund maintains the Fred Roche Gardens, funds awards for local students studying planning and related subjects and holds seminars and lectures to inform the debate about the future growth of Milton Keynes.

Pattishall Swimming Club promotes healthy recreation for public benefit in the Parish of Pattishall,Northamptonshire by supporting the provision of facilities For swimming for children aged 4- 11 years who live in the parish, including current pupils and prospective preschool age pupils of Pattishall CE primary School regardless of where they live and occasional child guests.

The Charity owns land that is primarily let as allotments and grazing land. The rent from this land is distributed to elderly people in Kilsby at Christmas time.

Anglican Cursillo is a movement of the Church providing a method by which Christians are empowered to grow through prayer, study and action and enabled to share Gods love with everyone. We organize Cursillo Weekends, serving the Diocese of Peterborough, and are members of the British Anglican Cursillo Council.

Wellingborough Sea Cadets is a nautical theme charity under the umberella of the Sea Cadets. We take cadets from the age of 9 until 18 based off the customs of the Royal Navy in activities afloat alongside core building for that young person (DofE, BTECs)

Maidford Village Hall is the only non-denominational village facility. It is actively used by the villagers through fund raising evening;over sixty groups; social, educational and drama events, and as a meeting room for organisations within and outside the village.

Giving concerts to promote interest in the playing of recorders in a large ensemble. To introduce players to the scope of such a group and to entertain and inform the general public.We support a number of trustworthy charities as accepted by the group by giving financial donations. We give demonstations in local schools to educate and encourage young people to play musical instruments.

The Society runs a programme of talks, walks and other events relating to local history in general and to the history of Long Buckby in particular. It also carries out research on aspects of village history. The third area of activity is the collection of photographs, documents and artefacts relating to the village past and present and to this end it maintains a small museum for its collection.
