The charity's objects are the maintenance, extension and improvement of public amenities within the parish of Yardley Hastings in Northamptonshire. These objects are mainly achieved by making grants to relevant organisations.

The charity supports local charities operating in health and welfare. Also individuals, mainly teenagers and young adults, in their personal development. It also supports international charity work in the third world and the Rotary Foundation.

To provide funding for Stanwick Primary School, for expenses outside the scope of usual school funds. To benefit the children of the school with the purchase of equipment to assist their learning experience.

Promote the Hereford cattle breed and pedigree breeding of the cattle. Organise workshops for new members to enhance their skills in exhibiting at agricultural shows, help and advice for members on the breeding and requirements for beef production etc. Providing sponsorship at agricultural shows with prize money and advertising members herds etc and providing breed information to general public.

Maintenance of village playing field, provision and maintenance of play equipment and facilities.

Assists other local charities and provides local assistance especially with regard to children

Relief of poverty

Giving concerts to promote interest in the playing of recorders in a large ensemble. To introduce players to the scope of such a group and to entertain and inform the general public.We support a number of trustworthy charities as accepted by the group by giving financial donations. We give demonstations in local schools to educate and encourage young people to play musical instruments.

Restricted to residents of the village of Isham, Northamptonshire and organisations in the same village.

Fund Raising by holding events involving parents, children and local people. Money raised goes to benefit the children's education by providing material items and experiences.

PLANT AND MAINTAIN COMMUNITY APPLE ORCHARD IN MIDDLE OF STAMFORD. PLANT AND MAINTAIN ALLOTMENT/NURSERY FOR ENGLISH APPLE TREES AND RELEVANT FAUNAORGANISE ANNUAL APPLE DAY EVENT IN STAMFORD TO PROMOTE OUR GROUP AND TO RAISE FUNDS.TO PRESERVE THE WILDLIFE LOST IN THE DESTRUCTION OF OLD ORCHARDS.TO ENCOURAGE LOCAL SCHOOLS TO USE ORCHARDS, BOTH NEW AND RESTORED, AS AN EDUCATIONAL RESOURCE.
