HOLD MEETINGS WITH SPEAKERS ONCE A MONTH.FUND RAISING COFFEE MORNINGS OR THEMED ACTIVITIES TWO OR THREE TIMES A YEAR

The leasing and maintenance of a cricket field and the operation of a village cricket club in Newbrough.Soccer and other sporting activities.

We aim principally to raise funds in order to award grants to individuals, groups or organisations which aim to expand sporting activity and improving health principally through the medium of rugby union.

Self motivated group learning.

Use of Crookham Village Hall to provide social events for the inhabitants of Crookham and surrounding areas. These include village evenings, evening meals, coffee mornings and lunches, and use of the Hall as a venue for society meetings, including an Art Club, Book Club, Gardeners' Club, Knit & Natter, and local history and archaeology (TillVAS). The hall is available for private hire.

Developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the schoolEngaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils.

MANAGEMENT OF PARISH HALL BUILDING AND LAND

Our activities during 2018 were:Arts n Craft Group; Monday Group; Bowling Group; Tap Dancers; Calmer Youth Group; Colliery Corner Group (parents and children); Halloween Events; Easter Parade; Christmas Party; BBQ Days; Disco for the youth; Face Painting; Dog Show; Coffee mornings; Lunch Club. We were supported in this by a grant from the People's Health Trust

Putting on choral concerts to entertain members of the public, sometimes raising income to fund the expenses of other concerts but also to support other charities.

Castle Morpeth Bridge Club provides all the facilities for playing duplicate bridge at St James Community Hall Morpeth.The club is affiliated to the English Bridge Union and welcomes players of all abilities. Full details on our website www.bridgewebs.com/castlemorpeth

Providing service to the local community and raising funds for local, national and international charities.

We provide sporting and recreational facilities to the village and parish of Wark, Northumberland. This includes cricket and football pitches for rent, a children's playground, a 5-a-side pitch, floodlit training areas and a large pavilion that can be used for parties, weddings, receptions et al.

Public Hall and as a place of recreation for the inhabitants of the Parish of Hedgeley and the surrounding area.

Nenthead Village Hall Committee carry out the upkeep of the hall through voluntary work including general maintenance and cleaning. We strive to raise money through fundraising, hiring out the hall as well as through organising functions offering catering and licenced bars, this helps with payment of annual electricity & heating bills, as well as insurances, licences etc for the hall.

Undertake, present and publish research into the local history of the Hexham area of Northumberland

To maintain a Museum collection. The collection is currently incorporated with the Newcastle Discovery Museum, operated by Tyne & Wear Museums, with whom the Trustees have a Loan Agreement.

The charity is a village hall which provides a meeting place for local groups eg mother toddlers group, yoga class, whist drives, dominoe groups, WI, parish council, show committee meetings.

The Felling Band Rehearses once per week on a regular basis. The band's goal is to play brass band music within the Gateshead borough and educate local people about brass banding. The band currently competes several times throughout the year within the Second Section.

Fundraising for school events and pyhsical development within the school.

Welfare of serving and ex-serving Air Force people and their dependants

We provide open space, football pitch, playground facilities and BMX half pipe for children and young persons.

Scout Group

_ To provide the only community venue within Ingram Parish_ To encourage as broad a spectrum of activities as possible to benefit both the local very rural community and outside user groups_ To develop partnership working with other interested parties eg.NNPA, Disadvantaged youth groups etc. to ensure optimum usage of premises in keeping with environmental objectives for the locality

The hall is used for the benefit of the residents of Cresswell and local communitiesThe activities it is used for include: meetings, yoga classes, craft fairs, parties, wedding receptions and as the local Polling station.

Gives charitable grants to students who are undertaking further education in rural land management and livestock auctioneering. Grants may be given in the form of money or books and equipment
