Providing free hosptial radio broadcasts to the patients and staff at the Trust's Hosptials. We also support local groups and fund days by providing music and Public Address facilities.

Maintaining and sailing two preserved sailing vessels a Humber Keel (Comrade) and a Humber Sloop (Amy Howson) We also supply information to schools on the working history and attend maritime festivals to promote the awareness of these vessels.

The Dr M.A. Gerrard Gotham Old People's Benevolent Fund charity exists to improve life in the village for the elderly. Small grants can be made to the elderly needy and functions can be supported.The Charity operates in Gotham, Nottinghamshire.

The Woodhouse Educational Foundation regularly requests claims from the parents of children living in the village who are having difficulty paying for school uniform, books, educational equipment etc.Information as to how to apply is provided in the village newsletter. The village school is also consulted in case it has particular needs.
