Widewell Parents & Friends Association exists to support Widewell Primary Academy. We hold events for the benefit of pupils and families linked to the school, and for community involvement, such as school discos, fayres, cake sales, raffles and movie nights. We use the events to fundraise for the things needed at school, like money towards class trips, playground and classroom equipment.

Looking after the old and infirm members of our Branch. Assisting in Regimental Charities, Help for Heroes, Holidays for Heroes, Royal British Legion, etc.

Fundraising in the UK with activities such as coffee mornings, lunches, fetes, etc donations, talks, Gift Aid, application to businesses/trusts so as to provide nurture, shelter, food, clothing, education, medical needs and recreation for the children of Lioness Cubs Home situated just outside of Mombasa, Kenya. Many of the children are orphans, some have been abandoned, many suffer from HIV/Aids

Regular fundraising activities held within the school to raise additional funds for use by the school and its pupils.

This charity organises events for the children of Knowle primary school to raise funds for additional materials and funds to enhance the experience of the children attending the school.

Promote good health and raising awareness of Male Cancers for the Public benefit. Provide support and advice to those Males affected by Cancer, either through having a personal experience through Cancer or from looking after a loved one with Cancer for the Public benefit

Provision of medical equipment and charitable support for the work of the Royal Eye Infirmary, Plymouth

Originally set up to provide help to poor people living in or attending the Parish Church of Plympton St. Maurice. "Poor" has been interpreted by the Trustees as those people needing help who are unable to provide it themselves. Also the Trustees will consider helping oganisations who provide facilities for the needy in the Parish.

Plympton U3A holds a general monthly meeting, usually with a speaker. The meeting is at Harewood House , Plympton. We have over 30 Interest groups which meet weekly/fortnightly/monthly. They are held in a variety of venues in Plympton. i.e. community halls, local pubs, members homes.

As per ConstitutionA parents and friends of mount street primary school group, running standard fairs, competitions, parent and children activities to raise money for the benefit of the children attending the school.

Fund Raising Events included the following:-Coffee Mornings. Lunches, Social Events and a Christmas Sleigh collection.

We are a primary school PTFA holding fundraising events such as raffles, discos and fayres to support the pupils with providing additional funding for trips, visitors and occasional treats!

Monthly meetings are held with speakers/demonstrators covering various subjects - educational and/or artistic. Visits are made to historical buildings and gardens and to various places of work to increase knowledge of the past and present.

We are a parents, teachers and friends association for Oakwood Primary Academy school of 300 pupils. Our aim throughout each year is to raise funds to provide the 'extra's' for the children such as school trips, additional indoor and outdoor equipment and entertainment for the children such as at Christmas. We mainly raise these funds through school fairs throughout the year.

Repair and maintenance of Plympton Guildhall for cultural and recreational activities

PJC are one of the oldest practising judo clubs in SW UK operating since 1955. It's a member of the National Governing Body for Olympic Judo, the British Judo Association. The club is fundraising to secure permanent premises and are providing Judo and martial art facilities and instruction to the people of Plymouth, Devon and the SW contributing to health and social activities of the public.

Relief of the poor by annual grants to eligible individuals.

Develop local community engagement and cohesion through:- participation in the sport of rugby football;- participation in healthy recreation;- social interaction;- self-development via training, and opportunities to try, engage in and advance participation in sport and physical exercise.Advancing the physical and informal education of children/young people via engagement in rugby.

The objects for which the Aura Ion Foundation is established are the prevention or relief of poverty [or financial hardship] anywhere in Romania and the UK by providing or assisting in the provision of education, training, healthcare projects and all the necessary support designed to enable individuals to generate a sustainable income and be self-sufficient.

Making small grants to children of one parent or impoverished families in Plymouth who are in need, to provide items to help in their schooling.

We are a school PTA who provides activities for the children within the school surrounding . This enables us to raise money as they enjoy the activities. All money raised is put back in to providing resources and extra curricular equipment to assist in their learning and enjoyment of school life.

A group of women who meet once a month. We have speakers from different walks of life. Once a year we plan a special evening, such as Barndance, Fashion Show, Skittles etc. The money raised is donated to a charity of the members choice.
