Spring Intensive Care charity exists to improve the care of critically ill patients and their relatives treated in the general and neurosurgical intensive care units in Plymouth (Penrose and Pencarrow ward). Income comes from donations and fundraising activities and is used to purchase equipment, support staff education and welfare and to promote research.

Activities include a supply of homemade cakes on a weekly basis to the Injured and sick Military in Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham, with monthly visits to the Rehabilitation Centre at Stanford Hall. along with other rehabilitation units Hasler company, CASEVAC Club and wherever else invited to support our injured personnel. Bringing a boost to morale to aid physical & Mental health recovery.

Charity provides, supports and maintains a Youth and Community Centre for the use and benefit of the inhabitants of Stoke and the surrounding area, Providing for persons of any age group, a facility for ocassional/regular weekly/daily use to persue hobies and interests, hold meetings and fund raising events. Hire of hall.
