To provide support and financial assistant to all members and ex-members of the Royal Navy, Royal Marines, Merchant Navy, and WRNS. To assist any local charities with Naval influence. To provide guidance to any of these, in respect of financial assistance. To provide financial assistance if required.Social activities, Companionship ,outings and Welfare for members and their families.

We are a church based charity which provides financial support to people in the Lytchett Minster & Upton area, who are disadvantaged.

Wisdom Foundation encourage connections in the Globe through experience and learning, create Harmony by understanding differences - ages, cultures, environments...etc. We supports cultural and language learning via Bournemouth Chinese School to Bournemouth local. Our Penbuddies project links and trains children around the world from privileged background to supported background (orphanages).

The charity provides advice, education and information on astronomy to members of the society and members of the general public. This is primarily done through the holding of monthly meetings at which guest speakers talk about special subjects and members and visitors can discuss and learn about astronomy. The society also has an observatory which is available for use of members and the public.

Services for disabled people

Our charitable purpose is:To advance the education of pupils in the school in particular by:2.1 Developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school2.2 Engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils.To best meet this purpose, we raise money for Poole High School

The purpose of the charity is to advance the education of the adult public in literacy within the Poole and Bournemouth areas.

DCV volunteers assist in the management and improvement of nature reserves and the maintenance of the public footpath and bridleway network throughout Dorset.We work on weekends throughout the year, undertaking a wide variety of work for charitable and statutory nature conservation organisations, local authorities and private landowners.

Dorset Woodturners Association promotes the art and craft of woodturning. This is achieved through demonstrations and discussion by professional turners and our own members. Participants can learn techniques through instruction and discussion with other members. Networking is encouraged, promoting of fellowship among woodturners at all levels of ability, particularly during the refreshment break

The Trust was created for the relief of the aged, impotent and poor inhabitants of the Parish of Lytchett Minster and Upton, to improve the conditions of life for the inhabitants by grant aiding facilities for recreation, leisure-time occupation and educational facilities.

Our activities are based around our charitable aims: To advance the education of the public in the subjects of Airline, Airport & Aviation Studies and related industries.We offer nationally accredited programmes to give those interested in an aviation career an insight into a range of roles as well as practical experience in real and realistic airline & airport and related work environments.

Promotion of Church Bellringing

Regular discos and movie nights held termly.Tea's coffee's provided at meetings, sports events and other fund raising activities.Christmas and Summer Fairs organised annually. Sponsored events for the children to raise funds.Bags For School fund raising activity.

civic education for women and provision of recreational facilities

Surveys and excavations of archaeological sites to professional standards with full publication. Programme of archaeological talks, visits, open days and field trips, as well as opportunities for participation and hands-on training in all aspects of the archaeological process. Information, advice and practical support on archaeological matters, including heritage and conservation.

Local Youth Club, providing support, fun, life skills and naturing young persons from age 10 to day before their 18th birthday. We lead through play. They learn to share, patience, teamwork, empathy, comunication to each other from all different backgrounds. Games like Pool, table football, football, crafts, computer games, skipping, board games, bingo and many more.

Usual activities of a Women's Institute - education for women, craft group, monthly meetings usually involving speakers on a variety of topics. Other groups pertinent to the running of a successful W.I.

Community Service, International Service and Rotary Foundation Charity

To relieve the needs and to promote the good health of people living with dementia, their families and carers in the three counties of Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire and such other parts of the UK and the world through the provision of support groups and other ways as the trustees may from time to time think fit.To advance the education of the public about dementia and its care and support.

Montacute Parent and Friends Association organises fund-raising activities, e.g. Social events, Summer Fete, etc. Funds raised are used to enchance the opportunities of our young people who have severe and complex disabilities. We support events such as The Christmas Party and The Summer Prom, theatre and outdoor activities and help purchase specialist equipment.
