The charity takes in animals who are stray,abandoned or in need of a care for whatever reason and re-homes to suitable vetted new owners. A neutering service is also a major part of the charities work. Feral cat colonies are also trapped and neutered and returned where possible to their original site. The charity works closely with other similar like minded charities in the Powys area.

The Offa's Dyke Association aims to promote the conservation of Offa's Dyke and other linked sites of archaeological interest, and to help the general public understand and enjoy the monument. It operates from its free-to-enter museum base, the Offa's Dyke Centre in Knighton, Powys. Its conservation and public engagement projects are often delivered through partnership with others.

Religious activities

The Object of the CIO is, for the public benefit, the advancement of the Christian faith according to Baptist principles and in accordance with the Statement of Faith. This object is pursued by carrying out activities such as prayer meetings, worship services and social gatherings at the chapel situated in Dolley Green, Presteigne, Powys.

The Charity runs a community centre known as The Westenders Hall. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, this year no productions were made and as a result no income was raised, with the exception of room hire. The money outstanding from the 2020 pantomime was paid in June 2020.

Running a local youth organisation, namely the Town's Scout Group and management of the Scout building which is also one of the town's community facilities.

Welsh medium pre-school in Builth Wells, providing education to children aged 3 to 5 years.

We are a Welsh-medium early year education setting based within the village's primary school. We offer early years education for children aged 3-5 years. Our aim is to teach, encourage and enhance childrens experiences through a variety of mediums; play, literature, creativity, mathematics, sensory and physical activities.

THE PROVISION OF FOOTBALL ACTIVITIES DELIVERED BY QUALIFIED DISABILITY COACHES, PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF CHILDREN ON THE ASD SPECTRUM, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE AND INTEGRATE ABLE CHILDREN INTO MAINSTREAM FOOTBALL TEAMS; (B) THE PROVISION OF A YOUTH CLUB TO ASSIST WITH LIFE SKILLS TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AND PROVIDE A SAFE FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT FOR CHILDREN.

The charity works in the field of visual and applied arts. We specialise in the incubation, fostering, encouragement, the development and promotion of the emerging talent from Pembrokeshire and the western fringes of Wales. The gallery will be an independent showcase, a centre of excellence and information hub and focal point for the visual arts in West Wales.

Provide a base for a variety of community groups for sport, recreation, art and educational activities

a) To provide the necessary facilities for the daily care, recreation and education of children out of school hours; andb) To advance the education and training of the persons in the provision of such care, education and recreational facilities.

WE offer oxygen therapy treatment to sufferers of Multiple Sclerosis and other conditions We also offer a range of Alternative complimentary therapies i.e Physiotherapy, Yoga, Massage, Reflexology etc

Presentation of public concerts and recitals.

Cylch Meithrin Penybontfawr is a pre school playgroup, registered for children aged 2.5 years until school. The Cylch runs 4 days a week. The language of the Cylch is predominantly Welsh, and many of the children attending are from non-welsh speaking homes & quickly absorb Welsh as their second language. Cylch Ti a Fi is a mothers & toddlers group

Care and Development of pre school children

High School Friends Association - raising money to help fund extras for our school. Organising social events to help bring together parents, pupils and staff.

We aim to provide a happy, safe and secure environment, which promotes learning through play, for all children attending our sessions. If your child has additional learning needs please talk to us and we will be happy to offer whatever support we can, to ensure he/she benefits from their time with us. We provide a wide variety of activities, which include Numicon, ICT, painting, yoga, play dough

After school and holiday club provision for the local community

To advance music education for the benefit of children and young people in Brecon and Radnorshire (the area of benefit) by encouraging an appreciation of music making and to develop skills which will empower them to fulfil their personal and musical potential on an individual basis and to enable them to produce ensemble performances of musical excellence.

To relieve sickness and to promote and protect good health by providing services over and above that which the NHS provides to Bishop's Castle NHS Community Hospital and to assist the hospital working with its catchment area's six G.P. practices, Integrated Care Team, Nurses, therapists and the area's District Nurses to benefit the hospital's in patients and all members of the community.

To promote and preserve good mental health by providing therapeutic counselling and psychological well-being services exploring emotional, psychological and spiritual well-being to groups and individuals within the Lancashire, Shropshire and Mid Wales regions.

We have a main meeting each week usually with an outside speaker on a variety of topics. In addition we have, on average, 36 study groups which cover a wide range of interests including: discussion; mah-jong; French; birdwatching; philosophy; art; walking and gardening.

Rescue - Rehabilitation - Education. The rescue of horses, ponies and donkeys, to relieve the suffering of these animals and to rehabilitate them. To provide all necessary facilities that is required to support this work. To promote the care and welfare of animals by inviting the general public, various groups, those interested in animal ownership, and on education of animal welfare matters.

Setup originally to develop the Ty Brith Field through the provision of various facilities but primarily the building of a new Community Centre. Since this objective has been achieved the Association continues to oversea the running and further development of the Centre together with continued improvements to the playing field facilities for the benefit of the local community.
