We provide education to members by arranging visits to new developments and societies in other towns. We hold annual party at which we present on new issue.

The Reading School Parents Association runs Fayres, quizzes and other events for the school to raise money to enhance the experience of students at the school.

To hold an annual music, speech and dance festival

To relieve the suffering and distress of hedgehogs in need of care and attention by providing a rescue, care and rehabilitation service for sick, injured, or orphaned hedgehogs with the aim of releasing such hedgehogs back into the wild wherever possible. To educate the public by promoting awareness of the problems hedgehogs encounter in relation to their future survival.

The object of the Blewbury Players is to educate the public in the dramatic and operatic arts and to further the development of public appreciation and taste in the said arts. The main activity of the Blewbury Players has been the production of plays, operas and other theatrical events of a high standard.

The Trust supports the conduct of research on impediments to optimal child development and strategies for improving developmental progress, the development of training materials for scale-up purposes, the development of children's books and related materials, and the education and training of individuals to equip them to support child development in their communities.

Sport-ED empowers underprivileged youth in Slough and surrounding area through sports, education, and community engagement. Activities include a weekend school, homework clubs, 7 team football club, cricket, Box-Fit, martial arts, and girls-only sports. We also run health workshops, community safety programs, CV clinics, and enrichment trips, promoting confidence, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles.

Coley Park Community Association CIO are a a charity situated within a Community Centre. We work with local groups and outside agencies to run workshops and activities within the local area and centre.

The aims of the Foundation are to undertake research and development aimed at the creation, testing and deployment of new vaccines against diseases of humans and livestock. The Foundation will have a particular focus on vaccines of the developing world where greatest needs exist for novel vaccines.

Kendrick School fund provides funding to advance the education of pupils at Kendrick School by engaging in activities which supports the school and secures the provision of facilities not normally provided from statutory funds.

The corps is a private, totally independent voluntary organisation maintained by private subscription and fund raising, started over 115 years ago. It gives and develops moral, mental and physical training to boys and girls 6.5-18 years old to develop character, moral strength, good manners, self respect and self control via a military style organisation and structure.

Raise funds for Emmer Green Primary School by organising fund raising events throughout the year.

Sadaka provides free weekly lunches and basic items on Saturdays for those struggling financially / homeless in Reading. Come and enjoy a hot meal, and a chat, at Fairview Community Centre, 90b Great Knollys Street, RG1 7HL. Sadaka signposts service users to relevant local services for further help. Further, we begin a training programme for service users who wish to improve their quality of life.

To apply its income, and with discretion, its capital to relieve clergy who are in conditions of need, hardship and distress, who are serving or have served in Buckinghamshire Archdeaconry of the Oxford Diocese, or the widows, widowers, children and orphans of such clergy, with a preference to those resident in the Buckinghamshire Archdeaconry

Makes financial grants to clergy and their widows/widowers who hold, or have held, some ecclesiastical office within the Archdeaconry of Bekshire.
