The Charity provides end of life palliative care, support and advice to all communities in the East and North East of London.

Mainly provides services to people, with learning disabilities and multiple disabilities. and their carers to improve their day to day life, relieve poverty and to improve employemnt opportunites.

Vibrance provides Supported Living, Registered Care Homes (with and without nursing), Brokerage, Outreach, Community Day Services, Short Breaks and Personal Budget Support i.e. Fundholding, Payroll, Support Planning and PA Registers in 12 local authorities providing services to around 350 people in our directly provided services and a further 1400 in our Self Directed Services

Mind in Tower Hamlets and Newham provide a range of community and in-patient services for people who are experiencing mental health and emotional issues living in the London boroughs of Tower Hamlets and Newham. We work with people through one to one support and group work, counselling, advice and advocacy, employment and training as well as complementary therapies.

The charity operates the Redbridge Sports Centre, which provides sports and leisure facilities at affordable prices to the trust's members and the local community.

Working primarily in the London Boroughs of Barking & Dagenham, Havering, Redbridge and Waltham Forest, Studio 3 Arts tailor-makes arts activity for all the community in partnership with key local, regional and national organisations.

Area 51 Education provides full and part time continuing education opportunities to young people over the age of 16 who have severe, profound or complex learning difficulties and physical disabilities.

THIS IS DONE FROM OUR BASE IN EAST LONDON.

We work in partnership with other agencies and schools, and our concern is the emotional health and well-being of children and young people. The main focus is the early intervention, prevention and mitigation of behavioral and emotional problems. We provide training for school staff.
