To promote humane behaviour towards dogs in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan through the provision of funding, items, services and support to assist Cardiff Dogs Home in its work. To advance the education of the public in matters pertaining to responsible dog ownership and the prevention of cruelty and suffering among dogs.

Supporting children and adults with learning disabilities and/or physical impairments to access their community; supporting the homeless and adults with mental health conditions through befriending projects; facilitating initiatives aimed at making South Wales a greener, cleaner and safer area - through community and environmental initiatives.

The charity operates a social club the income from which is used to fund educational activities and maintain its property. The property is used by local community groups.

We support families of children diagnosed with cancer in South Wales through equipment grants, hardship grants, bereavement boxes and peer support events. We also contribute to projects run by major welsh childhood cancer charities that benefit our families.

Religious activities

We provide three days of nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people in the Taff Ely area, who are referred to us in crisis. We are part of a nationwide network of food banks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.

Providing our Welfare Hall for recreational pursuits and activities for the inhabitants of Tylorstown and surrounding areas.

Phoenix Dance & Gymnastics is a recreational and competitive gymnastics club, we cater for all ages from 3 upwards with many different classes catering for the community.The club is registered with British and Welsh Gymnastics allowing gymnasts to participate in governing body schemes such as Proficiency Award Testing and Leadership Academies.

Operasonic creates opera projects and performances with and for young people that are led by professional artists. Participation is at the heart of our practice, and we create new opera in collaboration with our young participants, based on their stories and creativity. Operasonic is based in Newport, South Wales.

Full day childcare

Cylch Meithin Beddau is a welsh nursery running sessions from 8.30am until 3.30pm Monday to Friday. We help guide all our service users to grow and learn through play. Enabling each child to flourish at their own individual pace with the introduction of the welsh language. The service prepares the children for full time school as we provide the wrap around care for YGG Castellau.

The Ministry Area serves all Anglican Churches in and around Pontypridd by providing religious services and community-based projects. The geographical borders of the Ministry Area are created by the Church in Wales.

THE FOUNDATION ASSISTS IN THE PROVISION OF HEALTHY ACTIVITIES FOCUSED AROUND PARTICIPATION IN SPORT AND NETBALL IN THE RHONDDA VALLEYS AND THE WIDER COMMUNITY OF RHONDDA CYNON TAF.SUPPORT FEMALE EQUALITY, OPPORTUNITIES AND SOCIAL INCLUSION WHILST BEING FULLY INCLUSIVE.PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE ACTIVITIES FOR THE CONSTITUENTS OF THE REGION.

The charity was set up to provide a community building for the community. To provide education and leisure activities and opportunities in the interest of social welfare with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.

We are a Baptist church, serving the community of Pwllgwaun in Pontypridd. We preach the Good News of Jesus Christ in the hope that all those that hear will accept Him as their Lord and Saviour.

To advance the education of the public in the local history and heritage, preservation of buildings of historic and/or architectural importance and the industrial heritage of the Cynon Valley and elsewhere by the provision and maintenance of a museum and gallery in Aberdare

Canolfan Pentre is a community hub for wellbeing, we strive to combat loneliness and isolation. We work with third sector partners to provide service for the community and wider community. Canolfan Pentre is run for the community by the community by dedicated volunteers. Through hard work and determination we have created a safe warm and successful environment.

The objects of the Charity are to preserve the importance of Nantgarw porcelain in the history of ceramic manufacture, the historical, architectural and constructional heritage that may exist in and around Nantgarw and to promote interest in Nantgarw porcelain.

The objects of Cylch Meithrin Evan James are to provide care and advance theeducation of children under 4 years of age in the Pontypridd area of Rhondda CynonTaff through the medium of the Welsh language. This is done from space rented within Ysgol Gynradd Gymraeg EvanJames.

THE PURPOSE OF SCOUTING IS TO PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN ACHIEVING THEIR FULL PHYSICAL, INTELLECTUAL, SOCIAL AND SPIRITUAL POTENTIALS, AS INDIVIDUALS, AS RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS AND AS MEMBERS OF THEIR LOCAL, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITIES.

Church services - emergency food provided to those in need

To promote community participation in healthy recreation by providing facilities in Rhigos for the playing of amateur rugby union in accord with the rules and regulations of the Welsh Rugby Union and other amateur sports capable of providing healthy recreation.

Women seeking asylum in Cardiff who would otherwise birth alone are supported with regular visits from volunteers during late pregnancy; with comfort measures and nurturing presence throughout labour and delivery; then home visits to 8 weeks postnatal. We increase women's sense of their own value, their access to information, awareness of options and signpost to appropriate services.
