The Charity's principal objectives are to relieve persons who are homeless or in necessituos circumstances.

To promote and provide initiatives to advance well being. It is a charity which offers opportunities to people who have had a raw deal in life, to change their lives for the better.

The Charity operates independent schools in the borough of Oldham for children between the ages of 3 and 19. The schools operate in a co-educational structure with a Nursery & Infant department (ages 3-7), Junior School (ages 7-11) , Senior School (ages 11-16) and a Sixth Form ages 16-19).

The objects of the Charity are to promote, maintain, improve and advance education, particularly by the encouragement of the arts. This includes the arts of cinema, photography, painting and sculpture and including all other arts of a visual nature provided that all the objects of the Company shall be of a charitable nature.

Action Together CIO is the infrastucture organisation for the voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) sector in Oldham, Rochdale and Tameside. We connect people with what's happening in their community, develop community ideas into action, strengthen local organisations, and provide strategic influence for the charity and voluntary sector.

To provide hospice care and support for children and young people with palliative care needs including support for the whole family. This includes; specialist respite including symptom management, hospice at home, end of life care and bereavement support after death. This care and support is provided in partnership with individual children's local health, social and education professionals.

Care HA provide accommodation to individuals requiring support to live as independently as possible within the community. We partner with Care Providers and Local Authorities to ensure the accommodation is suitable, sustainable and of a high standard.

Provision of palliative Care Services for people with life limiting illnesses.

To work with disadvantaged and under privelaged children and young people, their families and communities, to improve their life chances.

As an independent sector organisation, PSO is unique in England in the way it provides a range of integrated support services for young people. Its organisational mission is:To provide an integrated range of advice, information, guidance and support services which enable all individuals in Oldham and neighbouring boroughs to realise their full potential in work and life.

The operation of a day and boarding school for boys and girls aged 3-18 years in Rishworth, West Yorkshire

The Charity activities include improvements to the patient environment ,delivery of healthcare and a commitment to provide funding for research , training and education.Allocated expenditure in the year was used on the following categories ; 28% research , 16% patient related ,14% staff related and contributions to capital of 42% which were spent on equipment and refurbishments.

In pursuit of the "relief of elderly people" "in and around the City of Manchester", the organisation aims not only to provide direct assistance through its own service structure, but also seeks to influence the nature, style, client group and location of services provided by others, particularly the statutory agencies with responsibilities for meeting the needs of Manchester's older people.

To preserve, restore and operate the railway lines, together with such lands and buildings adjacent thereto in Greater Manchester and Lancashire and in particular the East Lancashire Railway line, for the advancement of technical, historical and general education and for the permanent preservation, of steam and other railway locomotives, rolling stock, road vehicles, equipment and relics.

To provide the relief of sickness and the preservation of good health of young people who use legal and illegal drugs, by the provision of counselling, support and treatment services for such persons and their families. To advance research into the use of drugs and disseminate the results in the areas of Bury, Rochdale and East Lancashire.

City of Trees is a community forest organisation for Greater Manchester, working with volunteers and an ever-growing network of individuals, communities, businesses and organisations to plant trees and look after trees across the GM region. Promoting a tree culture with activities to boost health & wellbeing, enhance learning and green skills and tackle the climate and biodiversity emergency.

The support of educational and religious activities relating to the Jewish faith including medical and sickness organisations. In the case of individuals the company will assist where there is poverty or disability.

We are a charity based in Greater Manchester supporting young people (11-25 years) with emotional wellbeing and mental health. We offer a range of individual therapeutic support, learning opportunities, groups and creative activities encouraging young people to find their voice, develop new skills, have fun and manage their mental health and wellbeing to be able to achieve their full potential.
