The Charity's objects are to improve agriculture for the public benefit by the demonstration, exhibition and showing of livestock, machinery, crafts, products, methods and processes connected with agriculture and agricultural education.

Home-start provides a unique service; recruiting and training volunteers to offer families informal, friendly and confidential support. Home-Start works with parents on a one to one basis in their own home, building supportive relationships and responding directly to the family's individual needs. We provide support through family groups and virtual support.

From our base in Leicester we operate a drop in facility for people exploited by or at risk of sexual exploitation. We carry out two out reach sessions in the City two nights a week and bi weekly out reach sessions during the day to the county. We provide access to City Council housing services, Drug and Alcohol workers, GUM and GP services.

Providing support, care and friendship for the elderly and young persons through the provision of day facilities. These offer companionship for the socially isolated, craft clubs for people with disabilities, a befriending scheme, a free mobility aid loan scheme, access to wheelchair friendly woodland walks, bird hides and an outdoor classroom facility for youth organisations and school groups.

We provide gospel halls for the religious activities of Christians. Detail can be found on the website www.plymouthbrethrenchristianchurch.org. Meetings are held including bible readings & preachings. Gospel literature is provided freely, street preachings are held regularly, food packs are provided to those in need and public events are held where free bibles are distributed.

The Charity takes in horses and ponies who's owners will not or cannot look after them any longer for financial, health or other reasons.The horses and ponies are looked after by a team of volunteers and we try to give them as good a life as possible with care and respect.We operate from Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire and most of our horses and ponies are from the local area.

Trade is a community-based health and wellbeing charity, based in Leicester (but operating across the Midlands), with a focus on the needs of LGBT people, people living with HIV, and those communities at highest risk of contracting HIV.

The trustees policy is to distribute the charitys income to such charitable purposes as they see fit particulary but not exclusively in Leicester and county smaller local charities are favoured rather than large national ones although local activities of these could be supported. A local charity of patients and urologists, working with Leicestershire, Rutland, Northamptonshire hospitals and associated hospital in the Leicester cancer care area. Helping prostate cancer suffers, by raising funds for new innovative equipment and treatment, centre funded specialist nurses, offering volunteer support and befriending & raising local awareness of the disease in local men.
