Our Pre-School provides quality sessional care for children aged 2 years to school admission age. The team provides a warm, caring, happy and stimulating environment to enable the children to learn, develop, explore and have fun! We follow a structured routine in which children can feel settled with the security of knowing what to expect throughout the session.

Bristol Spear oversees the running of the Spear Centre in Bristol. In joint venture partnership with Resurgo Trust, Bristol Spear runs a free twelve-month programme beginning with an intensive six-week foundation phase aimed at getting disadvantaged young people (16-24) year olds ready for work, followed by support to find work or relevant further training.

To advance education and provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and leisure time for the inhabitants of Frome and the surrounding neighbourhood.

North Somerset Sports Foundation promotes physical, mental and social wellbeing through accessible sport, fitness and wellbeing activities. We operate community sports facilities offering inclusive gym, fitness, football and wellbeing programmes for all ages and abilities. We work with partners to reduce barriers to participation and support healthier, more connected communities across NS.

Advance the faith, doctrine and practices of the parent church namely ' Mar Thoma Church' for the benefit of its members and the public and to do all charitable work allowed under the law.

The Rendezvous has been supporting young people (13-25) at risk of falling through the cracks in North Dorset/South Somerset since 1997. Our team of staff and volunteers offer targeted mental health and wellbeing support, nurture groups, accredited English/Maths qualifications and help towards college, employment or volunteering, general advice and information plus support for young parents.

The primary activity of the charity is the local church.

To provide space for prayer and worship. To provide facilities for the local communities through the upkeep of our buildings. To provide opportunities for people to gather safely in rural areas. To provide parent and toddler groups and respond to any situation that will benefit the community as a whole. To help people in need.

We are an organisation which provides public access to art, artists, workshops, exhibitions and festivals in order to educate and engage the public, of all ages, in the arts and artistic practices in a wide range of art-forms. This takes place at 4/5 Northumberland Place, Teignmouth where TAAG provides gallery and studio spaces and, from time to time, at various other venues in the area.

We aim to enable more people in our region to actively engage in the creative arts, particularly those who don't usually do so. We seek to remove barriers to participation, offer opportunities for people to engage with the arts, and for the arts to become a part of their everyday life. We believe everyone is creative and can benefit from opportunities to explore and develop their creativity.

The charity holds music courses and weekends for adults as well as organising music events for children.

We are a subscription organisation that undertakes various fundraising activities, ie run stalls, raffles; we also manage the hospital shop which is run entirely by volunteers, and we accept legacies & donations from the general public.

Constructing a community hub in a new housing development of 6000 residents with no facilities. We are a community-led project. Building a hub will deliver multiple services to meet the needs of the community. We want to empower people, give opportunity, improve physical & mental health & wellbeing, bring social inclusion to combat loneliness promoting a better way of life for all.

Pre-school to the local village, Stoke St Gregory for 24 children including a before and after school club called Sun up Sun Down and a Holiday Club, open 50 weeks a year. Last OFSTED report was commissioned November 2020 with an Outstanding result.

TO IMPROVE AND PROMOTE THE TREATMENT AND WELL BEING OF ONCOLOGY PATIENTS BY THE PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES AND TO IMPROVE THE TREATMENT ENVIRONMENT AT THE SOMERSET ONCOLOGY AND HAEMATOLOGY CENTRE.

Partnering with churches to establish community sports teams that reach people through co-ordinated events. Activities include schools coaching ministry, prison outreach, sports dinners and quiz's. Sports Discipleship groups and mission trips.

We are concerned with the preservation of the history of the Lyn Area primarily and Exmoor generally. Our work is to educate those who are interested by sharing details of the past.

The School's aim is to provide a first class independent education, both through strong academic tuition, and through developing wider sporting, artistic and social skills in all its pupils. This is intended to provide an environment where each pupil can develop and fulfil her potential, thus to help build self-confidence and inculcate a desire to contribute to the wider community.

1) To provide a holiday camp for boys and girls in continuation of the work of Sunday Schools and other similar Christian youth work and so to provide a holiday for persons under a Christian atmosphere. 2) To indicate by the use of the premises the need of surrendering ones life to the Lord Jesus Christ. 3) To provide facilities for Christian conferences.

The objects of the charity are to advance the education of pupils at Wells Cathedral School for the public benefit and to assist in financial assistance towards the maintenance and development of the school, raising money for bursaries for pupils and the provision of facilities and equipment to support education.

PROMOTION OF AGRICULTURE AND THE COUNTRYSIDE

The Trust is established to provide sports and recreation facilities for use by teams, organisation and individuals of all ages in the Stoke sub Hamdon area. Activities include managing the existing facilities, fund raising, managing projects to provide new facilities and developing a long term strategy for the provision and management of sports and recreation facilities.

The College provides almshouse accommodation for eligible women, preferably widows or daughters of Ministers of the Church of England, in The Close, Salisbury and at St John's Priory, Wilton. Applicants must be resident within the dioceses of Salisbury, Winchester, Portsmouth, Bath & Wells, Exeter or Truro.
