To promote and protect the physical and mental health of people living with dementia, their relatives and carers in Bristol and the surrounding area through the provision of support, education and practical advice.To raise dementia awareness amongst throughout Bristol and the surrounding area by the provision of workshops, awareness sessions and road shows.

FilmBath LTD organises and presents the FilmBath Festival annually, as well as a series of other cinema - related events and activities throughout the year.

At Trull Saplings Preschool we care for children aged from 2 years to school entry. We provide the children with a well planned and safe environment that makes organised provision for children and interest through a wide range of activities.

The presentation of dramatic and musical art for the education of the public.

The Groups four sections, Beavers, Cubs, Scouts & Explorers are for children aged between 6 & 18. Activities include sailing, kayaking, powerboating, rowing, swimming, hill walking, camping, archery, lifeskills and many more which are contained within the Scout progress awards.

The charity supports the work of The Mendip School through fundraising and donations towards the work of the school. All parents, carers, teachers and friends of the schools are members of the Friends. No unsolicited applications are accepted.

Provides information and promotes knowledge about the peoples and countries of the Commonwealth, providing a meeting place for members, maintains library, holds meetings, talks and lectures on the Commonwealth, supports young people and students in studies relating to the Commonwealth, cooperates with other organizations interested or working in Commonwealth countries.

We run a 'Food bank' which supplies emergency food to people in crisis through out our town and surrounding areas. We also run Community Fund for small grants to be given out to people in crisis.

In fulfilling our role as a local Baptist Church, we undertake a range of activities including regular public worship, prayer, preaching and teaching, baptisms, youth work, home groups, weekly open coffee morning/warm space

Preservation Conservation of the site of Shaftesbury Abbey and making the museum garden available to the general public.

To maintain the property for the purposes of a Community Hall for the use of the inhabitants of the Parish of Tintinhull including use of the property for meetings, lectures and classes or other forms of recreation and leisure time.

The playgroup offers a childcare service to all the local community . We encourage parents to take part in activities such as family days, play days and annual trips. We hold fund raising events such as raffles at Easter and Christmas, themed discos, and quiz nights to raise money to buy equipment to enhance the learning and experiences of the children.

Montacute Pre-School provides high quality care and education through play to children aged from 2 years to school age.The Pre-School follows the early years/foundation stage curriculum as stipulated by Ofsted and accepts children in receipt of Early Years Entitlement.

Advancing amateur sport and promoting community participation in healthy recreation through the provision of sports coaching and access to facilities for football players aged 4 to 18 who live in and around Taunton.

To promote for the benefit of the public generally and especially for the inhabitants and users of the Exmoor National Park the protection of land and buildings of beauty or historic interest and as regards lands of ecological or other scientific importance with the National Park.

Furtherance of the religious and charitable purposes of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers) in the area of the Area Meeting (Taunton, Bridgwater, Minehead, Ilminster, Burnham-on-Sea, Wellington, Uffington and around) and beyond. Seven local Quaker Meetings are supported and enabled to work together to provide Meetings for Worship and witness. Meeting Houses are let to local organisations.
