We are an Independent, Residential Special School, approved by the DfE for Boys aged from 5 to 13 years, who present with Behavioural, Emotional & Social Difficulties, as well as Mental Health issues, including aspects of Autistic Spectrum Disorder & other conditions.

The Society supports the rural economy by showcasing new technologies, providing a marketing platform for rural business, knowledge transfer activities such as seminars, conferences, open days and exhibitions. Grants are available for personal development and projects in the furtherance of agriculture and the rural economy.

Farm visits and educate farmers to adopt sustainable practices; conferences and work with institutions to educate the public about resource protection issues; catchment restoration to restore rivers and improve land management; research based on habitat protection and species conservation including fish stocks and migration; liaise with policy makers to benefit the public through conservation.

1) To preserve, restore and operate as a permanent public exhibition and museum, steam and other railway locomotives, rolling stock and equipment, both for historical and educational purposes, and2) To make available for public reference the history, equipment and operation all with reference to both the former Great Western Railway and its successors since nationalisation on 1 January 1948

The Cathedral Church of St Andrew in Wells, known as Wells Cathedral, is foremost a place of worship and the seat of the Bishop of Bath & Wells. It is also a heritage attraction, a concert and exhibition venue, a community space and a centre for learning.

Empowering & equipping individuals and families who experience serious challenges, to take competent charge of their lives, to live well and contribute to the wider community. This is achieved through behavioural, mental and physical health interventions & education with nationally recognised qualifications and supported employment. We deliver our vision through provision of Open Access Youth Work, targeted Skills Development and Social Action - with our Wellbeing Service running throughout. To promote physical activity and sport in Somerset to provide significant benefits for everyone by creating a healthier and more active community. To provide help towards the education and development of Physical Education and Sport in both education establishments and the community as a whole.

The founding and running of homes and services for people with learning disabilities

Provides independent advocacy; independent mental health advocacy; and independent mental capacity advocacy to adults who meet referral criteria and who live in the counties of Wiltshire (excluding Swindon), Bath and North East Somerset

The Charity's aims are to further the charitable objectives relating to the Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust and continue to work with the RUH and RNHRD to improve the facilities & services for patients & staff. The main fundraising arm of the Charity, the Forever Friends Appeal, is continuing to fund major campaigns, as well as supporting all wards and departments.

Haynes Motor Museum displays an extensive Collection of vehicles from throughout the ages along with associated interpretation on all aspects of automotive technology. Our mission is to inspire this generation and the next to explore, discover and experience the motor car, to empower them to learn and invite them to question.

The provision of a range of apprenticeships for the local community. To advance the education of the public in health and wellbeing-wellness, through traditional, holistic therapies and practices, including yoga. The charity maintains and cares for the ruins of Glastonbury Abbey and the surrounding 36 acres/15 hectares of grounds enjoyed by 100,000 visitors a year from all over the world. Our museum explains the history of the abbey, presents its collections and hosts exhibitions and education activities. An events programme includes tours, talks and costumed re-enactors. We are open 364 days a year.

Empire Fighting Chance (EFC) helps young people who are failing at school, in danger of drifting into a life of unemployment or even crime, and helps them turn their lives around. We run intensive mentoring and personal development programmes alongside a physcial activity. EFC perform remedial work on numeracy and literacy,preparation for employment courses,sports and mentoring qualifications

The mission of the American Museum is to educate, stimulate, and inspire its visitors in order to further the understanding of American history and culture. The Museum carries out this mission through the presentation of its historic rooms, its decorative art and folk art collections, and its special exhibitions, publications, educational programmes, and gardens.
