Yeovil ShopMobility is a scheme providing powered and manual equipment to enable people with mobility impairment to shop and get out and about. Anyone with limited mobility can use ShopMobility whether through permanent or temporary disability, illness, accident or age. This equipment is available for daily or long term hire.

Raising monies for the benefit of the children at Trull School

The trustees meet twice a year to consider requests from individuals and charities living or operating in the counties of Cornwall, Devon and Somerset. Their objectives will be in community projects, education, medical, health, disability, poverty relief and emergency aid.Please submit applications by email to Liz Williams in January and February or July and August.

To establish and run a village hall and playing field and to promote, for the benefit of the inhabitants of the village of Galhampton and the surrounding area, the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation.

A rural youth movement for young people aged 10-26 years. Members can gain recognised skills and confidence in many activities such as public speaking, drama and entertainments, sports, stock-judging and stock presentation. The opportunity to travel and to attend meetings to arrange fundraising for their clubs and the local community. This is a member led organisation.

We provide a community space, workshop activities and facilities to combat isolationism through attendance and knowledge sharing. We have a comprehensive wood working workshop, and hope to expand into many other interests such as metal working, ceramics, textiles etc to offer a wider set of interests to the Taunton Community. The shed is driven by the knowledge and experience of its members.

We promote community participation in healthy recreation in particular by the provision of facilities for rowing. We welcome rowers of all ages and abilities. We provide our members with the opportunity to row recreationally to keep fit and also to row competitively if they wish. We provide free coaching for members. We are the only rowing club covering West Somerset, Exmoor and parts of Devon.

The holding of public meetings to further the christian faith including gospel meetings, sunday school, young peoples meetings, ladies meetings, mums and toddlers, prayer meetings, bible studies, breaking of bread meetings and family services also distribution of christian literature manily in the vicinity of Coleford, Nr Radstock, Somerset. We also support overseas and UK christian missionaries.

A multi use community hub, with spaces available for use by other organisations as well as The Hub itself. Numerous different activities, including cafes, training and 121 support for individuals/families

Provision and mainternance of a village hall and playing field at Hinton St George. This is the only village communal facility other than the school which has no hall, the parish church and the pub. Facilities are open to all organisations and individuals. Regular users include village sports and social groups and classes, wedding receptions and other special events.

As the PTA of a small village school, we raise funds to enrich children's education and the wider school experience. Our activities include cake sales, movie nights, discos, Christmas, summer and Easter events. funds raised help to provide books, equipment, educational opportunities, theatre trips and memorable experiences to benefit all children in our school.

To provide an amenity for the use by villagers and for village activities.

Our Festival organises Music, Dance and Speech and Drama festivals , competitions and other occasional concerts and events for the people of Taunton and its locality.

As a church we hold services twice on a Sunday, both morning and evening. We also hold a weekly Bible Study every Tuesday night. There is two youths group meeting every Wednesday. Every Wednesday we hold a coffee morning.

Sing Out Bristol is an open, diverse choir including LGBTQIA plus people, whose mission is to enrich lives through community connection, music and song.The charity functions as a community choir performing at concerts, charitable and other events for the benefit and enjoyment of the community and the general public.
