Village hall which provides venue for film club, table tennis ,yoga,knit and natter group to regularly meet. Also a venue for both Wayford and West Crewkerne parish council meetings. Throughout the year coffee mornings,bingo,jumble sales and quizzes are held as well as plays and music evenings.

A fund raising organisation that exists to support and augment the education offered by the school to its pupils.Although some events are run specifically as social activities for the children, most are organised to generate funds. The money pays for extra teaching aids and general equipment for use throughout the school.

To promote the education of girls and young women to help them develop emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually so that they can make a positive contribution to their community and the wider world.

Promoting road safety to and for motorcyclists coupled with the provision to Devon's motorcycling community of practical coaching to an Advanced riding standard (in conjunction with, for example, the Institute of Advanced Motorists)including the maintenance of a club for local motorcycling members of the IAM aimed at maintaining and refreshing their safety awareness and advanced riding skills.

The PTA run various events throughout the year for the sole purpose of raising money to buy school equipment.

The Highbridge Festival of the Arts exists as a not for profit organisation. We offer local people of any age, gender, ethic group, able bodied or disabled, the opportunity to give a public performance of the performing arts. i.e. Dance, Speech and Drama and Music Vocal or Instrumental.

The Friends of Bishop Henderson School are a group of volunteers (both parents and teachers) who organise activities/events to raise funds, which provide grants to the school for spending on purchasing equipment & facilities to advance the education of our children.

Bleadon WI is a branch of the national womens institute in the UK. We are based in the village of Bleadon, Somerset and meet monthly to provide friendship, support, learning to Women The WI plays an unique role in providing women with education, build new skills, take part in activities and campaign on issues. We occasionally fund raise for local charities in line with the constitution

1st Street Scout group is a thriving Scout Group in Street, Somerset. As part of the UK Scout Association the group provides adventurous activities and personal development opportunities for young people in the Street Area.

Scouting, including Beavers, Cubs and Scouts in the Wiveliscombe area of Somerset.

Old Cleeve Memorial Cottages are a Registered Charity. The object of the Charity is to provide accommodation for those in need, dwelling in Old Cleeve, Chapel Cleeve and Bilbrook, and also further within Old Cleeve parish if necessary. There are seven Trustees who are responsible for the upkeep of the properties, and allocation of units as they become vacant, in accordance with the Trust Deed.

We maintain a healthy membership upwards of 60 attending Wednesday evenings. The Corona Virus has forced us to replace face to face rehearsals with Zoom meetings, and all concerts have been cancelled. We have had small numbers of personnel at our hall when lockdown restrictions permitted. We continue to support our venue and our musicians to maintain relationships for the future.

Glastonbury & Street Lions Club (CIO) provides financial and service support to individuals and other charitable organisations in the area. The Club also donates to Lions International to help with emergency and disaster appeals.

Charitable work of Rotary Club of Yeovil. Fundraising for local and international good causes. Providing service to the local community.

Assistance for disability, hardship and nature conservation causes.

Raising funds to enhance our children's education.

Organisation of the annual Fair in Milverton May Bank Holiday and other fundraising events during the year. Proceeds are used to support a variety of good causes within the village and surrounding area.

Performs series of concerts during year; sometimes proceeds are for charity; annual Come and Sing Event encourages and promotes enjoyment of singing across age and ability range.

Organise and manage fund raising events for the benefit of the students of Kingsmead Community School. Funds raised provide additional resource where required for the school and it's pupils.

In accordance with the trust deed the charity provides a 'Non-Sectarian and non-political meeting place for recreation and social intercourse for the benefit of the inhabitants of Chiselborough and of the surrounding district'.

Three successful concerts: Rossini's Petite Messe Solennelle 11 May, Songs and Sonnets from Shakespeare 11 July (part of The Frome Festival) and our Christmas concert 14 December included Haydn Little Organ Mass, Vivaldi's Winter from The Four Seasons and Vaughan Williams Fantasia on Christmas Carols. We continue to provide discounts to those on low incomes and free subs/tickets to under 18's.
