The Norman Family Charitable Trust is a grant making charity. Grants are given at the Trustees' discretion to any charitable causes within the South West with preference for Devon, Cornwall and Somerset. No grants are given to charities which involve using live animals for research or experimental purposes, to overseas projects, or for the maintenance of buildings used for religious purposes.

To Celebrate the Love of God through our worship in a variety of styles and settings; to Care for One Another, by a commitment to sharing in each other's lives and caring for all in our community; to Cultivate Personal Growth, through Bible teaching, study and prayer; and to Communicate the Gospel in words and actions so that all-ages come to know Jesus and grow in their love and service of Him.

The provision of theological education and training for Christian ministries, candidates being presented by the participating churches, together with the provision of theological education to members of the public and delivery of 'Exporing Christianity' modules to lay disciples.

Wessex Community Action is established to "...promote any charitable purpose for the benefit of the community in the administrative area covered by Wiltshire Council & the Borough of Swindon & its neighbourhood Bristol & counties of Gloucestershire, Somerset & Dorset..., in particular the advancement of education, the furtherance of health & the relief of poverty, distress & sickness."

The Charity operates a Church and its activities include the running of regular church services and undertaking missionary work in the local area and internationally. It runs weekly activities for young and elderly people in the community.

Develop essential life skills and self-confidence through learning, living and working for people for with learning difficulties and associated disabilities: We do this by providing realistic opportunities in the local area and real environments - a community Caf?, various evening and day activities, an FA Chartered status football team and a ?club? for social needs within a community setting.

Welcome Hubs, social events, exhibitions, festivals, ad hoc advice and support, English classes, translation/interpretation services to promote social inclusion and prevent discrimination for refugees, migrant workers and asylum seekers. We are currently seeking funding to deliver diversity and inclusion/hate crime/cultural awareness training across all Equality Act 2010 protected characteristics

We are a team of professional storytellers with & without learning disabilities who inspire people through the sharing of personal & traditional stories. We aim to enrich the lives of people with learning disabilities & those who live & work with them. We seek a world where everyone,regardless of their disability, finds a voice to tell their story & listeners are able to hear & support the telling

North Somerset People First promotes and encourages people with a learning disability, difficulty and/or autism to speak up for themselves, empowering them to be in control of their own lives, now and in the future.We facilitate speaking up forums, consultations, provide person centred planning & advocacy, employment & work experience, accessible training programmes & social events & activities.

Regular public worship open to all. The provision of personal space for prayer. Pastoral work, including visiting the sick and bereaved. Teaching of Christianity through sermons, courses and small groups. The provision of Sunday school and youth activities with a Christian ethos. Promoting the whole mission of the Church of England. Supporting other charities in the UK and overseas.

Activities for the enhancement of education, and in particular (without limitation) to provide students, staff, parents and governors in educational establishments in Exeter and the wider South West area access to: Affordable training and development; Initial Teacher Training including Primary PGCE programmes; Networks for staff at a wide range of levels to improve provision.

The objects of the trust are the carrying on of the Service of God including the celebration of the Lord's Supper, Gospel Preachings, Reading of the Holy Scriptures, Addresses of the Word of God and other meetings of a Christian religious character.

We provide full day care for children aged 3 months to 4 years 11 months

Seeds4Success (S4S) is a youth work charity based in Mere, which provides co-ordinated developmental youth work opportunities and targeted 1:1 support to young people across South West Wiltshire. Having grown and developed significantly in recent years, in response to the changing needs of local young people, S4S is the main provider of positive activities for young people in this area.

MAKE Southwest is dedicated to enriching lives through Making and Craft. As an education charity it engages with communities and young people to provide learning opportunities through outreach, exhibitions, and workshops. For Makers it offers professional development, help with reducing environmental impact and showcasing their work.

The rehabilitation of persons who have suffered brain injuries and who reside in the area covered by the Somerset Health Authority

The support of Monasticism, Sacred Sites and Reincarnated Saints. Including the establishment of western monasteries and support and restoration of Tibetan Buddhist Monasteries. The support of a broad range of charitable initiatives in China-Tibet, Nepal and India to relieve poverty, sickness and advance education in its widest sense.Other charitable initiatives for benefit of all beings.
