The Foundation raises funds to support projects for the benefit of vulnerable and orphaned children in South Africa.The main focus is Ilamula House a Home offering a place of safety for girls (aged between 2 and 18) who have been abused, orphaned or abandoned. EACH is a worldwide organisation with the overall aim of promoting effective evidence-based patient-centred healthcare communication between patients, relatives and healthcare practitioners. The association is meant for all who are active in communication research and teaching and for patients, practitioners and students with an interest in communication in healthcare.

Currently operations exist in Kenya and South Africa with plans in motion to move into West Africa and to expand operations in the UK focusing on NEET (not in education, employment or training) youth.
