The charity organises events and activities for its members. The charity also manages Woolston Community Centre under lease from Southampton City Council.The charity also raises funds for, and manages Woolston Millennium Garden.

Provision of school uniforms, school clothing and equipment for children in need under the age of 25 resident within the City of Southampton.

The Provision of Food and Care for The PoorIn 2016 the estimated value of food donated or purchased was 88,920 pounds, which when distributed to the Poor in Southampton represented 82,900 meals. This was thanks to the generosity of Christian communities and unpaid volunteers. There were no administration costs and all donations were used or are in reserve for the beneficiaries.

Preaching and teaching God's Word through regular meetings. We provide shelter and support for homeless people. We also provide support to people with drug and alchohol problems. We feed the hungry and provide advice and language support to Polish immigrants. We encourage people to sponsor orphans in the various countries.

We help our Armed Forces Veterans and their families with their physical and mental health well-being. We do this with our in house trained Counsellors and with the provision of mobility scooters and walking aids.We also hold a variety of activities to keep the mind and body active. Walking club, gardening club, crafting sessions and visiting museums and places of interest etc.

To provide children with life threatening conditions a gift box of presents.To provide each sibling with a bag of presentsSupply local children's wards with emergency overnight parental bags.

The main purpose of the Trust is to support the University of Southampton.

Southampton Sea Cadets is a youth charity (linked to the Marine Society and Sea Cadets), which gives the opportunity for young people aged 10 to 18 to get on the water and to learn other useful skills in an environment based on the customs and traditions of the Royal Navy. The Unit's headquarters are on the River Itchen in Southampton, members are drawn from the wider Southampton area.

Maintain and let the property in pursuance of the objectives:-1. To promote religious education in accordance with the doctrines of the Church of England in the parish.2. Provide recreational facilities for the inhabitants of the parish.3. Further the religious and other charitable work of the Church of England in the parish.4. Advance the Orthodox Christian faith among its members living in areas of Southampton,Eastleigh,Salsbury,Basingstoke and Andover by holding prayer meetings,public worship,lectures,public celebration of religious festivals, producing and distributing literature on Orthodox Christian faith.The Trustees shall consider and approve charity monies to deserving individuals and UK registered Charities

Activities within the scout association guidlines

At the 13th Itchen Scout Group in Hedge End, we help 6-14 year olds develop skills for life. Through camping, hiking, teamwork, games and community activities, we build confidence, friendships and resilience while having fun each week. Everyone is welcome, and a Scout adventure awaits them, helping young people grow, learn and give back to their community.

To advance the education of children and their carers by providing or assisting in the provision of facilities, activities and group play in which parents and carers can participate . Running toy libraries and toy loaning to other groups .

We're a local charity which collects useful waste from businesses and recycles it as resources to the community. Our members are schools, pre schools, charities, churches, individuals. It's not rubbish, reuse it!

Advancement of Christian faith and relieving of poverty

The objects of the centre are to support families under pressure with children aged 0 to 8. This includes healthy eating schemes, parenting skills, money management, education and caring for the children.

Christian Church

The objects of the Society are to educate the public in the dramatic and operatic arts and to further the development of public appreciation in the said arts.This involves performing shows/concerts comprising musical productions, works from Gilbert and Sullivan, and light opera. Shows are staged twice yearly at MAST Mayflower Studios with concerts at various locations around the Southampton area

Our study area offers, to those with a specific interest in genealogy, access to information not available elsewhere. As well as family history, it is equally of value to those with an interest in general history of the local area. Resources include photographs, maps and a library of local publications (many out of print) including books and local papers. Also see our second hand bookshop.

The Misselbrook Trust is a grant making charity which relies solely on funds invested for it's income. Grants for general use and for the benefit of individuals are made to charities and organisations, particularly those having a material affect within Hampshire.

PRODUCTION OF MUSICAL THEATRE

The principal objective of the Society is to apply its income for the benefit of the sick poor of Southampton and the immediate neighbourhood. A secondary object is to grant awards to persons living in Southampton who have rescued or attempted to rescue persons from drowning or other dangers.

Supports the growth of bible based churches in the South Central area of England through the encouragement of pastors, support for church plants, conferences and training of new bible teachers.
