Our goal is to work with residents of Bancroft and surrounding areas to improve our local community. We do this in a variety of ways, offering free training to help tackle unemployment in the area, community fun days and trips to help improve social cohesion and fun and stimulating evening clubs to provide the people of Bancroft with a fun social setting

We rehearse for and perform choral concerts. We usually perform classical concerts in the late autumn and spring along with carol concerts at Christmas time and a lighter summer concert.

The club provides opportunities for for young people aged 8 upwards to take part in the sport of Amateur Boxing supported by qualified coaches. We work with schools, the Probation Service, NACRO providing health advice through keep fit and healthy exercise. The club is open to all members of the community and is working with others to support disadvantaged people and communities in Wolverhampton.

The aim of The Scout Association is to promote the development of young people in achieving their full physical, interlectual, social and spiritual potentials as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local community.

Provision of facilities for children, teenagers, adults and senior citizens from within the parish and the surrounding villages.

To promote, improve, develop and maintain public education in and appreciation of the art and science of music in all it's aspects by the presentation of public concerts and recitals and by such other ways as the Choir through its committee shall determine from time to time. Also supporting any other charitable purpose in any manner approved by law.

Fundraising for Richard Wakefield Primary School to provide extra equipment and activities for the benefit of pupils.

Conservation, protection and welfare of badgers

To provide opportunities for social and sporting activities in the Stapenhill AreaWe provide varies activities for people of all ages including dance, sport, craft and many other things.

Administer and maintain the pasture for grazing and public right of way, The Woodland area for recreation and amenity,also to preserve the enviroment for wildlife. The Play area is let to Stafford Borough Council as public open space

Church Services

Volunteer CFRs are trained by ambulance services to give aid in life threatening emergencies. They respond locally & often arrive in the vital first few minutes to preserve life before the ambulance which may be some distance away. Equipment such as a defibrillator & car have to be provided by the charity which fund raises to support the team & to give CPR & AED training to our local community.

Accommodation/housing for elderly - almshouses.

weekly get together of 50 members from the elderly community of heath hayes for tea and biscuits. raffles and bingo.coach trips to the seaside and to dinner and shows.hire of the room to other local groups.

The charity sets out to help young people who are in need of financial assistance and who reside in the parish of Kinver with education and training grants.It also provides financial grants for the local secondary school.

The Lichfield Greenhill Bower Charitable Trust held its Trust Launch on 28th April 2015, in our first year we have given a grant to provide a younger children's slide to be placed for community use in the children's play area of the local park.

The maintenance and management of Salt Village Hall for the benefit of the residents of the parish of Salt & Enson and the surrounding neighbourhood . This includes promoting the hall for hire and organising fundraising events in order to meet the running costs of the hall.

We offer a regular Sunday Spiritualist Service. We also offer workshops on matters related to Spiritualism and hold a regular circle to allow people to experience and/or develop their possible mediumship. We also offer Spiritual Healing

Our objects are the advancement of education,and in particular the education of middle-aged and older people who are not in full-time gainful employment. (From the constitution of the third age trust)

We aim to promote community participation in healthy recreation by providing facilities for playing football and other sports to improve health and to provide facilities for sport, recreation and other leisure time occupation for people who have need of it because of their circumstances or for the public at large in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving lives.

The Group are made up of volunteers trained by West Midlands Ambulance Service. They respond to 999 calls and administer medical aid until the arrival of a paramedic/ambulance. The Group covers Gnosall and surrounding villages.

Providing networking/support/social events for hearing impaired children and their children in the South Staffordshire region. Providing equipment to support children with their learning and engagement with the wider society. Supporting the local education Support Service for hearing impaired pupils who provide parent and pupil support events.

Collect from the general public, members and from events.We then distribute this to worthy causes, organisations both home and abroad.

Working locally in Staffordshire to protect and enhance a beautiful, thriving countryside for everyone to value and enjoy.

Promoting the Christian Religion by retailing of Christian Books, Bibles, cards & other Christian literature to satisfy the needs of local people, churches and visitors to the town.
