FUNDRAISING FOR SCHOOL

Provision of Village Hall and grounds for the Community

The relief of sickness and the preservation of health among people residing permanently or temporarily in our local area

Operation of Wetley Rocks village hall.

TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS IN THE SCHOOL IN PARTICULAR BY:DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE STAFF PARENTS AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL; ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES OR PROVIDING FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS

"Scouting Activities" - These include camping, cooking, and many indoor plus outdoor adventurous activities. We also work towards many varied badges.

Supporting four local Schools named in the initial registration and young people under the age of 25 years needing financial assistance for scholarships, training, bursaries and allowances for education approved for the purpose of the Trustees. It also provides financial assistance for outfits, tools, instruments or books needed to enter a trade or profession.

Suport the observance of Judiasm for the local Jewish population;an educational service to schools/other groups/local authorities about Judiasm;Help spread tolerance and understanding of all faiths/beliefs;observe special occassions like Holocaust Memorial Day/Royal British Legion Poppy Days/Various Armistice Day and National Arboretum functions/Cenotaph etc.

The charity runs a community centre in Brown Edge, providing accommodation for several groups from the area. The premises are accessible and are suitable for all age groups. There are exercise, dancing and Slimming World classes; a large hall, stage and small meeting room are available to hire for events and outdoor space includes two sensory gardens.

Rode Hall Silver Band exists for the purpose of the promotion of, education in and appreciation of brass band music amongst persons of all ages. Through provision of rehearsal, development time and public performance, the skills and training of members is developed whilst engaging with the wider community.

Raising funds for the needs of the children at Coton Green Primary School.

We support the school financially by holding various fund raising activities.

Provision of Community Hall for local residents of Onneley to meet and socialise. Also rent out building to other people and organisations for community activities, meetings, parties and/or functions.

In particular, to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Wombourne and the neighbourhood by associating the local authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure-time occupation with the objective of improving the condition of life for the said inhabitants.

We raise funds to enable us to support the work of the Sisters Hospitaller of the Sacred Heart of Jesus CIO, and the management of Footherley Hall Care Home.To this end our income funds a wide range of activities and equipment supplementary to direct care services, such as entertainments, outings, gifts and extraordinary items of equipment, thereby enhancing the experience of the residents.

To deliver emergency first aid to residents within the Stone area of Staffordshire in accordance with instructions and guidance from West Midlands Ambulance Service

HANFA is a charity for children and young people with additional needs, which gives care and support to their families in Alsager and the surrounding areas in South Cheshire. It provides a Youth Club for 10 to 18+ year olds, which runs every two weeks in Alsager, and a Summer Scheme for 6 - 20+ year olds, which runs for 16 days in the summer holidays in Sandbach.

Members of the world wide Scout Association, activities include camping, training in outdoor activities, hiking, boating, first Aid, partaking in community events, fund raising, International events( Scout Jamborees) exchange with other groups. Scout Bands.

To provide services (Talking Newspaper) to the blind in South Staffordshire

Administer Trust and provision of three almshouses in village of Kings Bromley.

Collect from the general public, members and from events.We then distribute this to worthy causes, organisations both home and abroad.

To promote use of Foxt Village Hall in the Community and the wider sphere and to raise funds for the maintenance of the Hall and grounds for future generations.

Funds and property held to be used in connection with the advancement of religion and for other charitable purposes connected with the parishes and churches of Trentham and Hanford Stoke-On-Trent.

To help raise money for the school re educational and recreational purposes.
