Fund raising activities for the benefit of children at Cheslyn Hay Primary School

tHE CHARITY PROVIDES FACILITIES FOR GENERAL VILLAGE MEETINGS AND ACTIVITIES.IT ALSO PROVIDES RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN IN THE AREA.

We are a charity connected to All Saints first School, Denstone. We hold numerous fund raising events througout the year. The proceeds of these events are then used to buy items or give donations to the school for them to use as they see appropriate.

Provides for decent and proper celebration of divine service in Christ Church Lichfield and for repairs, enlargement or improvement to the Church and Churchyard, for necessary repairs to certain tombstones and for distribution of any surplus to or for the benefit of the deserving poor in the parish

The charity provides funding for research and educational activities in the field of clinical biochemistry.

General charitable purposes

'Our World' creates and presents a variety of Global Workshops and Children's Activities, principally to schools but also in the community, e.g. churches. These culturally-enriching resources have been produced from first-hand experience of other countries, and have been designed to invite children to explore the realities of daily life for many people who are living in poverty-stricken nations.

Supporting four local Schools named in the initial registration and young people under the age of 25 years needing financial assistance for scholarships, training, bursaries and allowances for education approved for the purpose of the Trustees. It also provides financial assistance for outfits, tools, instruments or books needed to enter a trade or profession.

Scouting activities for young people aged 6 to 14

Raising funds for purchasing items used by the children in school.

The charity provides grants to its member groups to encourage arts events to take place in the Stafford District Council area.

Provision of outdoor recreation activities on the sports field, and provision of indoor recreation and leisure activities in the clubhouse.

THE AIM OF THE SCHEME IS TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND INJURY AND TO PROTECT HUMAN LIFE IN THE COMMUNITY OF ECCLESHALL AND THE SURROUNDING AREA. THIS IS DONE BY THE PROVISION OF A FIRST AID AND FIRST RESPONSE SERVICE IN CASES OF ILLNESS OR OTHER EMERGENCIES, WHERE EVER THIS SUPPORT PROVIDES VALUE OVER AND ABOVE THAT OFFERED BY STATUTORY BODIES. IN ADDITION WE HAVE PLACED DEFIBS IN THE COMMUNITY

Fundraising to benefit the school and needs of the children and also to raise money for other local charities.

Raising funds for the needs of the children at Coton Green Primary School.

Working to bring together youth organisations and leaders from churches and schools in Wolverhampton and meeting monthly to plan, network and support them. Running lunchtime groups for vulnerable students, offering drama groups to help youth and children develop singing, dancing and acting skills, running youth ministries and individual and group mentoring. Also pastoral support to some students.

We fund raise to maintain our village hall for local organisations ie. W.I., art class, camera club, produce guild, keep fit classes etc and for local residents private functions ie. wedding receptions, birthday parties, funerals etc.

Birmingham IA provides help and support for people who face, or who have undergone, radical bowel surgery,an Ileostomy or Internal Pouch operation.

Advance the education of young people. Relieve financial hardship, either generally or individually, through the provision of grants/goods/services. Assist in the provision of facilities for recreation & other leisure time occupations for individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth/disability/financial hardship, to improve their quality of life.

Within Wolverhampton South District 12 Groups run weekly meetings for age group 6 to 18.
