The Women's Institute is a non sectarian, non party political organisation for women and girls. The main objectives are educational and we take part in campaigns on social issues.

FINANCIAL HELP FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES IN STAFFORDSHIRE

We are a fund raising charity with the sole purpose of helping to maintain the fabric, fixtures and fittings of the listed St Lawrence Church.

Raise funds to positively enhance the development of the school and the children who attend it. Co-exist alongside the School to support and develop its ethos and mission statement.

Cheadle & District Lions Club (CIO) serves their local community and helps people internationally. They work with children, the elderly and those disabled and/or disadvantaged, benefiting those helped, and the wider community, making it a better place to live and work. They also make grants to national and international appeals (e.g. Relieving poverty, responding to disasters, or helping disabled.

The Choir this year performed no concerts this year The Choir was unable to recruit A new Musical Directorand our accompanist retired.

Raising funds for St Modwens School by holding christmas and summer fairs, coffee mornings, school discos and other fund raising activities throughout the school year.

The charity is the fundraising and social arm of St Gabriel's Catholic Primary School, Tamworth, and was formerly the PTA. We operate a number of events throughout the year with the aim of raising extra funds which can be used, at the Headteacher's discretion, for the benefit of the pupils. Activities include summer fayre, christmas fayre, discos, ladies night, refreshments at school events etc

North Staffs Basics is a voluntary organisation which provides skilled medical care or help at the site of an accident or other medical emergency, or in transit to hospital, in and around North Staffordshire area.

Read Easy Wolverhampton provides adults with free of charge confidential one-to-one reading tuition in the city of Wolverhampton and the surrounding area to include parts of Staffordshire. The Reader and their trained volunteer Coach meet for two half hour sessions per week in a quiet space within an approved public venue. There is no time limit to complete the phonics-based reading programme.

Community Hub incorporating initially a Community Library for the Village and Parish of Gnosall Staffordshire, It's wider aim to include other activities currently being performed by other local bodies and to afford the benefits of CIO Status. Currently seeking to house the Library in a portable building on the Council's Grosvenor site (at Building Reg stage)

The Fund has a Committee of Management, its objects being to further such charitable purposes as the Committee in their absolute discretion think fit
