THERE ARE NO ACTIVITIES FOR THE CHEADLE UNITED CHARITIES, THE INTEREST FROM THE INVESTED MONEY FROM WEATHLY PEOPLE WHO LEFT MONEY FOR VARIOUS SECTIONS OF THE COMMUNITY OF CHEADLE, i.e. OVER 60's, WIDOWS, WIDOWERS AND THE NEEDY OF THE TOWN. WITHIN THE COMBINED CHARITY THE RECREATION GROUND LEFT TO THE TOWN CAN RECEIVE FUNDS FOR THE UPKEEP THE MONEY IS ONLY DISTRIBUTED ONCE A YEAR IN DEC

To assist poor and needy in Church Eaton and Gnosall

We provide a fortnightly memory stick to the blind & partially sighted people in Mid-Staffordshire. This is a totally free service. We also provide the equipment into which the memory sticks are inserted. The memory stick consists of news, magazine items & information useful to the visually impaired.

TO PROVIDE A SOCIAL CLUB FOR VISUALLY IMPAIRED PEOPLE AND THEIR CARERS. MEETS EVERY FRIDAY.ACTIVITIES INCLUDE BAKING, FLOWER ARRANGING, GENTLE EXERCISE, SPECIAL INTEREST SPEAKERS, SOCIAL SERVICES INFORMATION GIVING AND VISITS TO PUBS AND GARDEN CENTRES.SPECIALIST TRANSPORT PROVIDED. THERE ARE COSTS FOR THIS SERVICE, E.G. SUBSCRIPTION, LUNCH, REFRESHMENTS AND TRANSPORT.

The scheme provides transport for elderly, disabled and other disadvantaged persons with no private transport and no accessible public transport available to take them to hospitals, doctors, dentists, shopping and visiting partners in care homes.

Pay yearly Doles to Elderly Persons of long Residence in Parish of Kingsbury.

Wombourne Kossmic or Kids Of South Staffordshire Making It Count is a four week schedule of events with days out. Sporting competitions and a drop in centre during the summer holidays. All activities are heavily subsidised allowing access to all.

Working towards preservation and restoration of the Uttoxeter Canal, having restored theCaldon Canal which the Trust monitors and works to improve. Activities include: volunteerwork parties to carry out restoration, conservation and improvement; monitoring and liaisonabout the state of the canals, planning applications etc; fund raising; awareness raising events,exhibitions, talks and PR.

The fund exists to advance and enrich the education of the children in our school through educational visits, classroom materials and equipment, lunchtime games/toys, children's disco's, entertainment and refreshments.

Raising funds for the benefit of All Saints First School, Leigh

Our charity continues to support the needs of the local population.Supporting the paid ambulance services as requested and disseminating relevent iformation to community groups.

A transfer of assets to a CIO to incorporate the charity to continue the outworking of the charity objectives was undertaken on 6th April 2019. A Transfer of charitable undertaking from an unincorporated charity to its corporate successor and a General Vesting Declaration was signed by trustees. The legal entity continues to be wound down.

WRFC engaged in activities in keeping with the objectives set out in its governing document submitted to Charity Commission. The football pitches and club facilities were used by boys and girls teams throughout football season for playing competitive league and cup games. There was also regular pre-season training sessions and friendly matches.
