StagedRight Stafford helps young people aged 8 - 21 years build their confidence and develop their talents through singing, drama, dancing, theatre and performance skills, team working and supporting and encouraging each other. The group rehearses on Friday evenings at a school in Stafford and performs at events during the year including staging a large production on a professional theatre stage.

To consider requests for providing help to any needy person or persons resident within Wombourne or Swindon.

To provide a community transport service for those inhabitants of the parishes of Betley,Balterley&Wrinehill; Chapel&Hill Chorlton; Keele; Madeley; Maer&Aston; and Whitmore who are in need of such a service because of age, sickness or disability (mental or physical) of poverty, or because of a lack of availability of adequate and safe public passenger services.

TO AID IN THE EDUCATION OF WOMEN

Fundraising with raffles and tombolas to raise money to support the disabled and elderly community within the Hednesford area. Also to maintain the Hednesford war memorial and associated gardens and to improve it as a local garden amenity. Where possible we enhance the local environment with planting.

Maintaining a Millennium Green for public access.

Income for educational work at Westwood high School assisting any pupils who are in need in such manner as the bank shall at discretion think fit.

Meeting place for the residents of Stanton

We are a WI we hold monthly meetings for our members which we normally have a speaker. And we have fund raising events to raise money to help local people and have raised money for Mcmillan coffee morning and MS Society.

To advance the christian faith in Stafford for the benefit of the public, and in accordance with the articles of faith set out in this constitution through the holding of prayer meetings, lecturers, public celebration of religious festivals and producing and/or distributing literature on the Christian faith to enlighten others about the faith.

Currently raising funds for new books, playground equipment and an Eco Dome for the outdoor learning area.

General fund raising activities including school discos, summer fair, xmas raffle, theatre trips etc.

To provide pensions to elderly residents of the Ecclesiastical Parishes of St. Mary and All Saints, Trentham and St. Mathias, Hanford. The relief of financial hardship amongst people living in the Ecclesiastical Parishes of St. Mary and All Saints, Trentham and St. Mathias, Hanford by making either regular or one off grants of money for providing or paying for items, services or facilities.

Provision of life-saving and life-maintaining emergency volunteer service on behalf of West Midlands Ambulance Service, as despatched by WMAS in response to 999 calls made to WMAS Emergency Operations Centre.

PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RESEARCH TO ACADEMICS

As well as providing grants to deserving causes within our community and the Lions District and Multiple District the Lions Club of Leek undertake a number of community service projects :-Christmas lunch for members of the Leek Stroke Club, Spectacle Recycling.
