We are in the process of taking the lease on a plot of land to convert into a community garden. This work has been delayed due to the Covid-19 crisis. We are working in partnership with BBC DIY SOS to have the work completed by the end of November 2020, subject to there not being a second wave of Covid-19 and a further lockdown.

OARFDC has been a registered Charity since July 2006 (Registration Number 1115456). We work to benefit and educate African Refugees, Asylum Seekers and their families mainly from Central Africa. The objects of the DJ School Association shall be to encourage and promote the educational and career development of people of all backgrounds particularly disadvantaged children and young people and adults , living in Staffordshire and Cheshire.

Raising funds for local causes, National & International IW charities

The Trust's purpose is to facilitate the placement of young adult volunteers from Lichfield diocese into one of our companion link (overseas) dioceses, and vice versa. The placements will be in churches or church-associated projects and typically for 6 to 12 months. Execution of the programme is managed by the Diocesan St Chad's Volunteer Programme Director.

We run a Youth Club and Community Centre. EG Coffee Morning.

The Community Cuppa Club organises social get togethers for people over 75 who live alone in Trentham and the surrounding areas. We take referrals from GPs, churches and individuals. We meet in local venues in Trentham, mainly pubs, for a cup of coffee, chat and lunch. We meet 52 weeks of the year at least 3 times every week. Help with transport can be arranged.

To promote public education and appreciation of the organ and organ music of all periods.To promote regular organ recitals and educational masterclasses open to all members of the public.To promote regular visits to see, hear and play various organs in the surrounding area.To provide opportunities for young organists starting their career to give recitals.
