OFCA runs a community centre offering facilities for hire by both affiliated and non-affiliated groups in the Felixstowe area. Over 25 groups use the centre regularly and others on an occasional or 'one-off' basis. Facilities include two halls, a coffee lounge, kitchen and tennis courts. Fundraising events include community markets, a Summer fair and a Christmas card delivery scheme.

The charity's objectives are to manage and enhance the Stiffkey Wildlife Reserve in Norfolk.

To promote within the local area (Suffolk/Essex) high standards of planning and architecture.To preserve, protect, develop and improve features of historic or public interest.

Grants for maintenance and improvements to the churches of Rumburgh Abbey and St Michael South Elmham

The charity holds weekly spiritual development classes. Spiritual healing is available by appointment at any time, free of charge, in the Healing Clinic. There is no membership, but a subscription can be made to our quarterly newsletter. We are happy to give outside talks.

The objects of the charity are to make grants to any charities and for any charitable purpose as the Trustees feel appropriate.

Pre-School

The trustees arrange and attend events and hold open days to raise awareness of animal care and the changes needed to help stop the growing downward spiral of animal cruelty.

Founded by Benjamin Britten in 1952 for local amateur musicians, Aldeburgh Music Club is an unauditioned choral society. Weekly rehearsals under its musical director aim to prepare for three annual public concerts, often held in Snape Maltings Concert Hall with professional soloists and orchestra. Strong local support is given by its patrons.AMC has commissioned choral works from young composers.

To support and encourage the Dean and Chapter in their work and to add to the fabric and beauty of the Cathedral by contributing towards to its restoration, maintenance and improvements as a token of the gratitude which the people of Suffolk, and others, owe to Almighty God.

Charitable donations to other Norfolk and Suffolk charities with particular preference given to the Samaritans and those associated with the support and relief of asthma sufferers as well as asthma research.

The Northgate Foundation issues grants to young people on low income in Ipswich, to assist them in furthering their education.

Hive provides information services, resources and network opportunities for voluntary and community sector groups in the Sudbury and District area of Suffolk. It helps new community groups to grow and provides training for trustees, staff and volunteers within local organisations. It now owns a building (a former URC church) which it hires out to local groups.

Norfolk Youth Projects. is an inclusive organisation working with Young People in Norfolk. NYP is a not for profit charity with a bank of volunteers under the leadership of John Nooney the Chief ExecutiveWe work with young people in the Mile Cross Area of Norwich undertaking a youth club.NYP undertakes cultural youth exchanges and activities.in partnership The Phoenix Centre.

Boost is a faith-based charity operating in Felixstowe, Suffolk, pioneering partnerships between faith and education, working with churches and schools. BOOST employs a Chaplain who works within Felixstowe Academy to support staff and students, explore faith, and build community. This provision extends to primary schools to support young people in their transition to high school.

A Christian Church based in Capel St. Mary, Ipswich, Suffolk. Regular services are held at 10:30 am each Sunday, with other activities and events during each month. Lively worship and relevant teaching using the wisdom and truth of the Bible are at the heart of this community focussed church.

To run and maintain an effective village hall for the use of the residents of Rumburgh & St. Michael South Elmham.

Provision of a Village Hall for general use

Still working hard to maintain the Village Hall, which is now 29 years old. We have replaced heating, doors, flooring and the kitchen in the hall. The car park has been refurbished, and we opened our new playground summer 2013. We have refurbished toilets, installed new internal dividing doors, renewed fences,created a community library. A local football club uses the centre as their home base.

Bentwaters Aviation Society was formed primarily to operate the Bentwaters Cold War Museum. The purpose of the Bentwaters Cold War Museum is to collect, preserve, display and provide for scholarship, material relating to the history of RAF Bentwaters and RAF Woodbridge and aviation generally where a link with Bentwaters and Woodbridge is established, for the public benefit in perpetuity.
