Old Dean, Camberley is a recognised area of multiple deprivation with issues around poverty, education, health outcomes, and disability. Old Dean Community Group 2018 works to alleviate poverty in Old Dean and the surrounding area, to provide and support recreational opportunities for the population of Old Dean, and to build community capacity and cohesion within Old Dean.

ScoutingEducation and outdoor activities for children aged 6 to 14years old in the Holmwood, Capel, Ockley and Coldharbour areas of Dorking, Surrey.The aim of the Scout Movement is to encourage the mental, physical and spiritual development of young people so that they may take a constructive role in society

THE CHARITY ENCOURAGES THE PARTICIPATION AND FURTHERS THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE ARTS OF MUSIC, SPEECH AND DRAMA. THE CHARITY HOLDS A FESTIVAL COMPETITION EACH YEAR IN CLASSES COVERING CHORAL, INSTRUMENTAL, PIANO, SPEECH AND VOCAL SKILLS AND PROMOTES THE ANNUAL WOKING YOUNG MUSICIAN COMPETITION CONCERT.

Collection and distribution of donated items including furniture, white goods, household items, clothes, toys & Christmas hampers to local homes in need.Co-ordination of Projects involving groups of volunteers from local Churches helping local people with practical needs such as gardening, decorating, DIY and cleaning.Increasing awareness of the work of the Charity amongst local Churches.

In our own small way Caterham Overseas Aid Trust are committed to help the two thirds of the desperately poor people in Third World countries help themselves. By way of recognised Aid Agencies working on the ground (Water Aid, Self Help Africa, Practical Action, and others) we finance simple, down-to-earth projects which are planned to use local self-help. We give NO aid handouts.

To advance the education of pupils of Hinchley Wood Primary School by providing or assisting in the provision of educational, recreational and other charitable facilities in augmentation of such facilities financed by the local authority

Village Scout Group, providing Scouting activities for the youth of the area from ages 6 to 18 years.

The Homefield Association organises events to build the community within the school and to raise funds to provide equipment or facilities to support to school. Annual events include a Fireworks Night, Christmas Fair, Quiz Night, Film Night, Easter Egg Hunt and Summer Fun Day.

Beaver, Cub and Scouting activities provided in the Norbiton area, together with supporting activities, including events, hikes and camps. Area served is the London Borough of Kingston-Upon- Thames

The OBJECTS of the Association are to advance the education of the pupils of the School by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities for education at the School.

The charity, Friends of Grayswood School (FROGS) is an association formed of a community of parents, relatives, teachers and friends of Grayswood Primary School. We support the school by developing effective relationships between members of the community, together with raising funds to support the children's education through the improvement of resources and facilities.

Provide a community centre for activities of local residents together with sports field and open space

To provide and assist in the provision of facilities not normally provided by the Local Authority that will advance the education and behaviour of the pupils at Freemantles School and promote their happiness and spiritual well-being.

Our objectives are to:1. Present high quality operatic productions at the Barn - Oxted's community Theatre.2. Develop the technical skills and innate talents of both amateur and aspirant professional performers and in particular to encourage, support and provide a platform for young singers in gaining performance experience.3. Maintain and develop a multi-generational involvement.

Open rehearsals of choral music for all ages and abilities, culminating in public performances; together with encouragement of appreciating variety of music for wide spectrum of singers and audiences in area; including work with youth, elderly and unwell and assistance with Singing for the Brain charity.

Girlguiding, Brownies & Rainbows for children covering Kingswood, Banstead, Nork and Tattenham areas in Surrey.

ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE AREA OF BERKS/HANTS/SURREY BORDER IN TRADITIONAL SCOTTISH COUNTRY DANCING BY; PRESERVING AND FURTHERING THE PRACTICE OF TRADITIONAL SCOTTISH COUNTRY DANCES; PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN PROVIDING INSTRUCTION IN THE DANCING OF SCOTTISH COUNTRY DANCES; PROMOTING THE ENJOYMENT AND APPRECIATION OF SCOTTISH COUNTRY DANCING AND MUSIC BY OTHER SUITABLE MEANS.

Assisting with the provision and maintenance of: a) Medical Equipment, fittings and furniture, b) Training, including the use of equipment and new techniques, c) Other medical and healthcare Services.

Helps children and young people. Provides buildings, facilities and open space for various community activities for all ages. Sport and recreation.

The Friends of Witley School is the parent/teacher association for the school. It organises fund-raising activities throughout the year. eg: Fairs, quiz nights, ladies nights, cake sales etc.. This money is then used by the school to provide facilities and equipment as required, as well as extra provisions and activities for the children. eg: christmas party and outings.
