The Green Theatre Company is a youth theatre run by and for young people. We stage high quality productions for the benefit of the community. Members learn about the arts and drama. They Direct, Act, Stage Manage, Run Lights & Sound and Build Sets as well as being responsible for Publicity, Fundraising, Front of house, Finance and Theatre Management.

Promoting high standards of planning, conservation and regeneration for the benefit of the local community in Godalming and Farncombe.

Volunteers run Library and Coffee Shop for the public with books, DVDs and talking books to borrow, free newspapers, computers + copier. Weekly coffee mornings, Rhyme Time for infants and Story Corner for children, Craft Sessions, Computer Sessions, occasional Reading Group and a hub for talks & activity. Displays local activities and caring organisations. Premises hired out to local groups.

Support the maintenance, repair and development of the church of St Peter and St Paul, Lingfield.

Baby and Toddler Group

We are a friendly sailing club for disabled, special needs sailors together with their families and carers. We sail specially built boats that don't capsize and are exciting to sail. We organise a fund raising events to pay for our insurance and other costs and have extra social events i.e. a day sailing on a yacht or a pub lunch.

We are mainly medical equipment for the hospital and luxuries for patients and staff. We buy toys etc, make donations to wards and hold a public collection day at Christmas. An annual Quiz Night is arranged.

The charity simply helps to provide a manse for the Pastor of Providence Baptist Church, Knaphill.

Advance the education of the local community in health care by the provision of lectures, forums and other educational activities, and the publication of newsletters devoted to health care.

Education, training and social

Established in 1922 to ensure the continuing provision of sports and recreation grounds.

We operate in the Reigate and Banstead area and create a social network group for people to network and integrate better with the society and wider community. We conduct several fundraising events including cultural events which allow members from minority groups to feel less socially excluded and encourages them to participate and network with other people by coming forward.

Our income is derived solely from the Henry Smith Charity. Our trustees meet each November and allocate our money between approximately twenty-five needy people who live in the parish of Chipstead.

We promote interest in and understanding of classical civilisation and languages in Surrey schools and among adults. We engage speakers from universities and elsewhere for seminars on classical topics. We hold competitions for schools to foster enthusiasm for classics. We provide training for teachers, including keeping them up to date with changes in examination syllabuses and requirements.

Bletchingley Church House Charity owns and manages a commmunity facility known as Church House in the Surrey village of Bletchingley. In 2009 an Appeal was launched to raise the £550,000 funds needed to renovate Church House and re-establish it as a bustling up-to-date community building centred on serving the people of Bletchingley and its close neighbours. In 2017 the renovation was completed.

Advancing public education and knowledge in archaeology and in Britain's history and historic environment in the area covered by the historic counties of Kent, Sussex and Surrey.

The Woodhatch Community Association supports The Woodhatch Centre which is open for the Active Elderly, 50 plus group Monday-Friday 9.30am-4pm. There are activities daily which include Healthy Living events, craft, bingo, dominoes, tea dances, bowls, table tennis, outings and holidays. It's a drop in centre for the whole community for refreshments or room hire for a private function.
