Maintenance and Management of Liddington Village Hall for hire by residents, clubs, societies, etc.

The objects of the Society are to promote, improve, develop and maintain public education in the appreciation of the art and science of music in all its aspects by the presentation of public concerts and recitals and by such other ways as the Society, through the Committee, shall determine.

We provide advice & expertise on heritage/ collections management, support acquisition, conservation & learning projects at Lydiard House & Park, & make research available to the public. We have contributed funds towards conservation of St.Mary's Church & are active in seeking to protect the Grade 1 buildings & historic landscape from housing development on its perimeter and other threats.

We are an exotic animal rescue. We provide a safe haven for unwanted or abandoned animals. Where possible we rehome through thorough checks and provide on-going support once rehomed. This we have found works well and enables us to ensure the animals remain well cared for.We have a sanctuary site at 114a Badminton Road, Coalpit Heath, Bristol, BS36 2SZ

We provide education, support and practical help for Breast Cancer sufferers, after their diagnosis with counselling, complimentary therapies, consultants advice, information days and seminars , with the objective of improving the understanding and conditions of Breast Cancer

Individual advocacy; information and advice; weekly support group; weekly social group; volunteering opportunities; individual career advice & guidance - for adults with Aspergers Syndrome living in Swindon; signposting for support for parents & carers.

To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Liden and the neighbourhood in a common effort to promote facilities in the interest of education, leisure time occupation with the object of improving of life of the said inhabitants - to establish or to secure the establishment of a community centre.

To serve society and advance understanding, goodwill and peace at local, national and international level through a world fellowship of business and professional persons who are united in the ideal of service.

School PTA

Our aim is to help build a proactive, inclusive, supportive school community, raising funds to enable and enrich opportunities for our children.We do this by:1. Organising fun events 2. Providing services which support the school 3. Seeking donations from within and outside the school community, including time, equipment and money such as through direct funding and grant applications

The Lovett Foundation supports Children in Care and Care Leavers in, and around, Swindon, Bristol and Cardiff. We create relationships with the local council teams, in order to plan together how we can help financially. We are focussed on supporting young people in the transition from leaving foster care and education into independent living and gaining key skills to enter the job market.

We build local networks for young women that have faced the life-changing diagnosis of breast cancer, in order to ensure they have the knowledge, friendship and support to move forward. Our focus is on providing comprehensive emotional and practical support where our holistic approach places these women at the centre of all we deliver.

We raise funds to support the pupils of William Morris Primary School in Swindon, engaging in activities and providing equipment to support the school and advance the education of the pupils in it.

Normal fundraising: Quiz nights, craft fairs, music events and fashion shows.

Fund raising within the school for the benefit of the children of Tregoze Primary School, Swindon

Using volunteer's cars for the transport of needy clients to and from venues, for their medical, social or shopping requirements.

Mental Health Services

The relief of people in Swindon and Wiltshire who are in conditions of need, hardship or homelessness, particularly but not exclusively by the provision of a drop-in centre and by making grants to charitable organisations.

SCWAD's object is to provide breaks and social opportunities to disabled children and young people affected by undiagnosed conditions and rare disorders and support for their families and carers. SCWAD's activities include regular play activity sessions, day trips, short breaks and social events. These activities allow children to make friends and give relief and support to families and carers.

The charity provides food and provisions to those in need on the streets of Swindon, currently on one evening a week. In addition it provides a focus for other professional agencies to make contact with homeless people and to make appropriate interventions.

The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation for the benefit of the inhabitants of Swindon and the surrounding area by the provision of facilities for athletics and playing other sports and activities that can be accommodated within the facilities.

Sporting and social activities for the Visually Impaired in Swindon and surrounding Areas, including Tenpin Bowling, Cycling, Sailing, Acoustic Rifle Shooting, and Showdown (a sport created specifically for visually impaired people). Social activities includes monthly coffee get togethers, monthly breakfast meet ups, and a monthly walk and talk.

Fundraising activities for the direct benefit of the pupils of Shaw Ridge School

We are a PTA who raise funds on behalf on Croft Primary school in Swindon. Our funds are used to buy equipment and resources and fund experiences for the school .
