The main activities of the charity involve visiting schools, workplaces and community settings, providing social, emotional and Mental Health support and education. We run in house projects that develop knowledge and skills under the remits of health, education, arts and life skills.

TAARC seeks to create safe spaces within the community in order to support disadvantaged children, young people and vulnerable adults. This aim includes, creating a place for social, educational and community activities, such as, Youth Clubs, over 60's dinner & dance, community Family Fun Day events and more; plus building and strengthening community cohesion.

Edgmond Village Hall is for the benefit of the inhabitants of Edgmond and the neighbourhood, for the purposes of education, social activities, training and leisure time occupations.

A lecture programme on decorative and fine arts with relevant visits and study days for members and open to non-members. Church recording producing records which are given to the relevant church, the V&A Art Library, the Church Buildings Council and the National Record Centre.The promotion of arts to young people by organising arts competitions in local schools.Heritage volunteering.

THE PREVENTION AND RELIEF OF SICKNESS OF CHILDREN (BETWEEN THE AGES OF 0 MONTHS AND 18 YEARS OLD) IN SHROPSHIRE, MID WALES AND HEREFORDSHIRE (WHO RECEIVE CARE FROM THE CHILDREN'S ONCOLOGY AND HAEMATOLOGY WARD AT SHREWSBURY AND TELFORD HOSPITAL TRUST) WITH A FORM OF CHILDHOOD CANCER AND/OR BLOOD DISORDERS AND THEIR FAMILIES BY THE PROVISION OF SERVICES AND ITEMS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE

The principal aim of the Charity is the care of sick clergy and retired clergy of Shrewsbury Catholic Diocese (who are members of the fund) through financial grants.

To benefit the residents of Wellington (Shropshire) & the neighbourhood by assisting the work of statutory authorities, voluntary & community & other organisations by providing facilities (a building) in the interests of social welfare for recreation & leisure time occupation with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the residents. The Trust is a non-denominational Christian charity which spreads the Evangelical Gospel through word and deed in Admaston and the vicinity. To this end, the charity encourages volunteers, provides facilities, employs workers and funds local activities. The Trustees have referred to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit in reviewing their objects and plans.

Provision of staff and patient welfare facilities

Sunday worship; children & youth activities; prayer and Bible study meetings; worship evenings; Fairtrade & Christian literature market stall; wellbeing cafe; member of Churches Together in Newport; support for UK and overseas missionaries; donations to other churches and charities in the UK and overseas; running of local Foodbank (food, material needs, financial advice and debt support).

The aim of the Shropshire County Scout Council is to further the work of the Scout Association in Shropshire by encouraging the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local national and international communities.

We provide a low cost venue for use by groups and individuals of all ages in the community. Examples include the Scouts, dancing, exercise, whist groups, horticulural society, theatre groups, the local school and many individuals for meetings and parties.

Families in Telford Project offers drop-in groups each week day during term time for pre-school children and their parents/carers, facilitated by well qualified and experienced play workers. We plan play and learning activities for the children and encourage parents to become fully involved.We offer holistic support to families and aim to involve them fully in the activities of the Project.

The trust acts as a charitable arm of the four rotary clubs in Telford. It promotes a "Tree of Light" annually together with any other activities agreed amongst the clubs.

General Sports and Recreation activities for children and all local inhabitants

Awarding of grants to local organisations/charities including:- Midland Blood Bikes,Midlands Air Ambulance,Broseley School (books for library) ,Home Start Telford, St Georges School Food Bank, 150 Christmas food hampers for families in crisis ,T&W Parkinsons Society,Water aid Appeal, Grants to several local community centres,Providing free prostate cancer screening for over 700 men

The objects of the charity are to provide financial assistance to the charity registered as the Ironbridge Gorge Museum Limited to secure the preservation, restoration, improvement, enhancement and maintenance of features of historic and industrial importance.

Amateur Dramatic and Operatic Society at present performing five annual shows. Shows include pantomimes, plays, musicals and concert style shows (operatic/musicals).
