General charitable purposes, education and training.

FEW have sent containers to thirteen different countries full of surplus educational school furniture , playgrounds to some of the most desperate children in the world a better chance of an education. FEW have sent fire engines and in conjunction UNISON sent ambulances to the Gambia. FEW have been involved sinking bore holes in Uganda and the Gambia, so that the locals have clean water to drink.

The health centre in Kubuneh Kubuneh Village (The Gambia) provides first line, nurse led, cheap medical care to the local people. Most of the funding and staff are voluntary or charitable in nature. Kubuneh Health help provide consistent funding for: affordable medicines, maintenance of the ambulance, local staff wages and also education to assist the local health care staff and patients.

Poliphonia is an UK based charity with the purpose of promoting the classical music of the Americas. We promote concerts in the UK with repertoire from composers from the Americas, sponsor young players interested in learning this repertoire, restore music still in manuscript form to facilitate performance and produce recordings and film of performances and educational content.

For the public benefit advancement of the education and well-being of disadvantaged children of African or Caribbean descent, particularly girls under the age of 18, by providing financial assistance through school educational bursaries. We provide mentors for our students who inspire, guide and support them make the right decisions for their future. The Ida Bass Kidney Foundation charity has been established to contribute to improving kidney care services in Africa. We offer medical support to patients suffering from End Stage Renal Disease in Africa. This support is purely based on Haemodialysis treatment required by patients.
