The purpose of the Association is to provide opportunities for serving RAF personnel to participate in winter sports. There are two key annual events organised by the Association, the RAF Alpine Championships, which are held at Saalbach-Hinterglemm each year and the indoor Championships held in the UK in the autumn.

The Peak District National Park Foundation seeks to grow support and raise funds for the Peak District for everyone to enjoy forever. Our ambition is more land managed for wildlife, more rare habitats protected and more people able to access and enjoy the National Park. We will do this by raising funds and working in partnership to deliver projects which care for the Peak District.

The Georgian Group exists to protect and preserve Georgian buildings, to stimulate public knowledge of Georgian architecture and to promote appreciation fot he classical tradition. It runs a casework programme in England and Wales, fulfilling a statutory duty to advise planning authorities on applications ton demolish or alter listed Georgian buildings, and runs activities for members.

The UK Armed Forces Winter Sports Association (UKAF WSA) Charity objects are to promote the efficiency of Her Majesty's Armed Forces through the participation by members of the Armed Forces in Winter Sports.

Making grants to other charities as the Trustees feel appropriate

A professional charitable organisation, adding historical value to the knowledge of the general public about the Midland and Great Northern Joint Railway and heritage railways in general, in a manner which is both educational and fun for the members and the general public.
