The Schreib Trust is constituted by Trust Deed, and its objects are to provide general charitable donations and in particular for the relief of poverty and the advancement of religion and religious education.

Raises funds from Country Fairs and makes grants to charities particularly those relating to children in East Anglia and Derbyshire where most of the funds are raised.

To relieve the suffering of animals in need of care and attention, in particular but not exclusively in Devon and Cornwall, by providing grants, donations, funding and any other form of support as the trustees may from time to time determine.

Buddhafield organises retreats, held under canvas, where people can live simply and close to nature whilst engaging in meditation and the Buddha's teachings. We own land to hold retreats on, and to further the connection with living close to the earth. We teach meditation and Buddhism at festivals.

The Right Course seeks to promote the education of young offenders, ex-young offenders or those at risk of offending by providing or assisting in the provision of training and qualifications in catering and hospitality skills whilst in prison; and mentoring and into-work and employment advice and support upon their release.

The principal objectives of the Charity are to promote education in the Arts anywhere in the world for the public benefit, including without limitation by promoting education in the music for and playing of the Viola by competing, developing excellence in technical skill, embracing new music and forming links with other educational organisations.

We are a grassroot charity working in the UK and abroad to alleviate poverty in all its forms. Our current projects include support for the homeless, sponsorship of orphans, water well projects, house rebuilding as well as training and empowerment initiatives.

b:Friend matches volunteer befrienders with isolated, elderly neighbours in the community. The aim is to reduce social isolation by re-engaging at risk individuals with their community through one-to-one befriending partnerships and community group social events.

We partner with grassroot organisations in Africa, Asia and Latin America to provide appropriate solutions that support development in local communities.

The establishment of centres and facilities in which to offer and represent the natural education and arts of human expression and living derived from the Template and Emin archives, and to promote the study, research and exploration of new templates for living and to disseminate the useful results of these for the benefit of all.

Provision of a place of worship and education

Development of visual communication resources (signing, symbols and pictures) for children and adults with verbal communication difficulties. Most users have learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorders. Training and free advice provided

C&T is a theatre company that mixes performance, learning and new media technologies to produce participatory experiences that enable young and disabled people to learn new skills, understand complex issues and to generate creative, learning and democratic opportunities.

Mohanji Foundation UK conducts sessions for Meditation, Yoga, prayer, healing, group discussion, retreats/one day programmes for the general public at various locations in the UK. The charity will acquire or support the acquisition of property for the above activities. It disseminates/publishes material on Mohanji's teachings and also arranges pilgrimages to places of worship worldwide.

Storybook Dads operates in approx 100 prisons nationwide and enables imprisoned parents to send audio and video of themselves reading a story to their children. These stories are edited and enhanced using digital software to make a unique and special gift for each child.

We consider grant applications from UK-based students of any nationality who are: a) graduates with a 1st or 2.1 Bachelor's degree with honours, or a higher degree; b) studying for a degree in medicine, dentistry or veterinary medicine taken as a second degree, or for a higher degree or postgraduate certificate or diploma in any subject; c) already resident in the UK when applying.

UKLA presents an informed national voice on language, literacy and communication issues. The Association organises conferences, training, publications and research in order to encourage dialogue between research and teaching and challenge and shape policy developments.

The Charity's principal object, as defined in its Trust Deed, is raising money for charitable purposes and distributing the funds to selected charitable organisations. All surplus funds are donated at the discretion of the Trustees to other charitable organisations, nominated by staff of the WH Smith Group.

MAKES GRANTS TO ORGANISATIONS

Disseminating information to our membership via leaflets, our TOF Book, periodic newsletters, social media and website. Running conferences and other gatherings where patients and their families can learn about the condition, its causes, treatment and ongoing management. Provision of pastoral support. Liaising and collaborating, where appropriate, with medical professionals and researchers.

The Charity was set up to provide financial support to other financial charities.
