The Academy is a young organisation that is working to provide a much needed voice to help advance the profession, develop the scientific knowledge base and support and promote lifelong learning for optometrists, opticians, vision scientists and all those involved in eye health care across Europe.

The trustees support charities in Southern England, assisting medical, churches, children, elderly, special needs, education, environmental, national disasters and animal welfare.

The objects of the Trust are to further such objects or purposes which are exclusively charitable according to the law of England and Wales in any part of the world and in such manner as the Trustees may in their absolute discretion think fit

Donations ranging from £500 - £10,000.

We will bring together experts from business, education, learning & development and psychology to create and deliver new approaches to and a curriculum model for youth leadership development in schools, colleges and universities to inspire young people with the awareness, skills, attitudes and behaviours to lead themselves and others.

Art and Christianity seeks to foster and explore the dialogue between art, Christianity and other religious faiths. Through events, publications and consultation, we offer education, enquiry and exchange with regard to the relationship between art and faith; collaboration and partnership with galleries, art institutions and places of worship;advocacy and advice on commissioning works of art.

The object of AOTOS is the advancement of education in the teaching of singing and subjects connected therewith for the public benefit.

Religious activities.

Hitched Communities, a Wirral based charity, brings communities together to help vulnerable people achieve the change they want in their lives. With community partners, we resource and co-design person-centred programmes, shaped by those with lived experience so our work can support people to fulfil their potential in society.

The charity holds an annual conference at one of the universities in the UK, and it also supports the production of an academic journal, Japan Forum, which is published 3 times a year. It also supports Japanese-studies scholars by way of awards of up to --ú1,500 for postgraduate students.

The charity offers financial support to Organists and their dependents, who for whatever reason, are unable to make financial provision for themselves. It also makes funds available to support organists in education with the cost of organ tuition.

Our key activities are the rescue, care and rehoming of unwanted dogs. Alongside this we attempt to educate members of the public on animal welfare issues to help prevent suffering of animals in the future.

The primary objectives are to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ, Prepare men for the furtherance of this cause and pioneer areas in which this primary goal can be realised. The church plans, promotes and participates in a number of activities to this end particularly, Bible conferences, Marriage seminars, Men?s discipleship, Revival meetings and Youth Rallies.

Makes grants to other charities primarily involved in community and social matters.

The aims of the BSCMR are to:- promote clinical practice and research into cardiovascular magnetic resonance and to disseminate the useful results of such research, and- further the advancement of education in cardiovascular magnetic resonance for the public benefit.Membership of the BSCMR is open to all healthcare professional with an interest in Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance Imaging.

Grant making

The Society exists to increase and extend interest in and knowledege of heraldry, armory, chivalry, genealogy and allied subjects.

The Jennian Foundation is set up for general charitable purposes giving grants to other charities in England and Wales. The funding will come principally from the Trustees or from profits from investing using capital provided by the Trustees.

The Society promotes high standards in Restorative Dentistry through both meetings and publications and encourages continuing education. Research prizes are awarded and ongoing education projects. Particular interest is given to promoting high quality restorative dentistry for all communities.

GAMH encourages international and national health organisations to develop research, policies and strategies to tackle men's health problems and we provide guidance on how to take effective action.
