Hook and Odiham Lions raises money from the public by organising various events such as The Spooktacula in Odiham and The Hook Village Show. This money is then used mainly to aid individuals and loclal organisations in Hook, Odiham, Hartley Wintney and the surrounding villages.

We are currently introducing a range of activities aimed at developing the capabilities of young people. These include the regular use of our Hub for a local skate group and the establishment of a garden area for community gardening activities.

Restart Foundation is focused on mental health services for Ukraine. We provide psychological support to children, veterans and civilians in Ukraine and promote good mental health practices and provide information to the general public. We also support mental health professionals working in Ukraine.

Lydbrook band is a voluntary organisation that gives the opportunity for people who live in and around the community to come together and enjoy making music with our fellow brass band colleagues. We give concerts in our community and sometimes travel further afield. We also teach young and older people to play brass instruments and loan them an instrument free of charge if needed.

The Charity has had a very active 2018 with addition of two major fund raising events. As well as our very well supported quiz nights and Christmas Party we took up the challenge of a ladies team walking non-stop, 100k, around the Isle of Wight. We also had a men's team each with a £500 car who drove from Kent to Monaco and back. Together the teams raised in excess of £26,000.

Knife crime has unfortunately become all to familiar with many being victims. My son Rhamero was chased down and stabbed to death in September 2021 at the age of 16. We raise awareness for knife crime educate and provide youth activities and make Manchester streets safer with installing bleed safety cabinets theses kits have the right equipment to stem a bleed in an emergency.
