The charity supplies items such as candles and books to NHS maternity trusts across the UK for them to distribute to grieving families that have lost babies from 6 weeks gestation to 28 days old, to help relieve their emotional and mental suffering and distress.

NSSA promotes sailing as part of the educational experience of young people.
