Above Water is passionate about water safety and believes the best way to guard against drowning is to educate. AW sends qualified teachers who are also open water lifeguards into schools and or communities to teacher our own WATER SAFETY programme. This programme comprehensively promotes using our water environments for health/well-being and delivers water safety and drowning prevention.

The Sanctuary operates for the benefit of the public to relieve the suffering of wild birds in need of care and attention through use of its Helpline, Email and Website facilities. The charity also owns and manages eight established Nature Reserves. Makes grants to established like-minded organisations benefiting wild birds.

We fundraise, via events and/or grant applications; in order to provide facilities, experiences or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils.

1. Advance Christian faith for the benefit of the public by means of preaching the Gospel with view to liberating minds and transforming lives. 2. Provide relief to those who are sick, distressed or in conditions of hardship. 3. Advance education in accordance with Christian principles. 4. Promote and fulfil other charitable purposes beneficial to the communities.

The Charity addressed its aims and objective by completing the Re-enchantment. A 3 year exploration of the importance of place in our lives through the commissioning of a series of artworks: a book, a film, a site specific performance work and a conceptual artwork. This project was funded by the Paul Hamlyn Foundation, Arts Council England, the British Film Institute and Creative England.

We provide opportunities for individuals with learning differences and diverse abilities to feel empowered, to be supported and to have a sense of belonging. We do this through the provision of dance classes and workshops with a base in commercial dance, and by supporting our dancers to take part in performances throughout the year.

Our PTFA supports the All Saints CofE Primary School in South Wimbledon, London. We work with our school, parents, friends, pupils and the local community to put on events and activities such as an Autumn Fair, Summer Raffle, Easter Egg hunt etc. These help to fundraise for the school and for us to work with our local community.

To distribute interest on the capital fund at the discretion of the trustees to charitable organisations carrying out research work into heart cancer arthritis rheumatism and other serious health complaints or to any other registered charity doing work for the relief of sickness

The charity raises public awareness on the importance of healthy living during pregnancy. e.g. diet &nutrition and perinatal mental health/medical issues that may arise both during pregnancy and after pregnancy in mothers and babies. It does this by holding events, workshops focus groups/seminars that are delivered by appropriately qualified practitioners, in line with NHS guidelines,

Religious activities

To provide social and advisory services to people of Malawian origin living in the UK. Promote connectivity and unity among Malawians in UK Diaspora. Organise Annual National Independence Celebrations for 6th July.

To promote education and research into the scientific basis and the clinical management of wounds of whatever aetiology in the veterinary sciences. To establish training courses together with national and international conferences to discuss and promote aspects of wound healing research.

A volunteer organisation who do service and fund raising activities worldwide

Promote humane behaviour and prevent cruelty and suffering towards cats in the UAE by providing appropriate care, protection, treatment and security for cats which are in need of care by reason of sickness, maltreatment, poor circumstance or ill usage, rehoming such cats, where possible, in the UAE or United Kingdom. Providing TNR service to stray cats and educating the public in animal welfare.

We the trustees of the centre keep the centre operating for the benefit of the local community and we do annual coffee mornings for the community and every Christmas we do a free community get together this by means of giving back to the village we run the centre voluntary and we are full with local activities everyday this means we can keep running and hopefully the centre will be there for ever

The Charity's main current activities was that of making donations to Cancer care.

Advancement of Christian religion, education, evangelism and youth mobilization.Monday prayer warriors meeting to support people in need of prayer at 7pm to 9pm.Wednesday Shiloh service to intercede for those seeking mercy and favour from God at 12pm to 4pmFriday night vigil service to wait on the lord at 10pm to 12 midnightSunday service to worship and adore the lord at 10am to 4pm

As part of Lions Clubs International we are part of the worlds largest Service organisation. Our Club is based in Scarborough Borough and covers the Town and immeadiate surrounding villages. We also support authorised National and International causes. We raise funds, 100% of which goes to Charitable Causes as deemed by a majority vote of the whole Club and ratified by the Trustees.

THE OBJECT OF THE ASSOCIATION (THE OBJECTS) IS TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS IN THE SCHOOL IN PARTICULAR BY: 2.1 DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE STAFF, PARENTS AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL 2.2 ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES OR PROVIDING FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS.
