Thame Community Shed provides a workshop facility based in a barn on the site of Chinnor Rugby Club, OX9 3JL, for those over the age of 18 to engage in practical activity, creating, making, repairing, or mending. The workshop has most of the tools necessary to carry out such work and a significant amount of woodworking and metalworking machinery to enable larger projects to be undertaken.

As part of Lions Clubs International we are part of the worlds largest Service organisation. Our Club is based in Scarborough Borough and covers the Town and immeadiate surrounding villages. We also support authorised National and International causes. We raise funds, 100% of which goes to Charitable Causes as deemed by a majority vote of the whole Club and ratified by the Trustees.

THE OBJECT OF THE ASSOCIATION (THE OBJECTS) IS TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS IN THE SCHOOL IN PARTICULAR BY: 2.1 DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE STAFF, PARENTS AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL 2.2 ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES OR PROVIDING FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS.

Our charities holds events to entertain and engage the School and wider community whilst rasing money to supports the children's education, allowing us to donate fundsitems to enrich the curriculum.

Support rough sleepers, ensuring they can survive the street through the provision of sleeping bags, warm clothing and other life saving supplies.

Life Tree International Church holds church service on Sundays to teach about the Christian faith, pray, worship and have fellowship. We are based in London.

India Child Program is a charity with the primary policy of giving grants to people studying in India. We primarily operate in the States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

WomenEd is a global community elevating women leaders in education and working to ensure gender equity. we offer support through, events, mentorship, blogs, our books, online discussion and social media.

At Bethrat Khair Academy, we aim to provide learning classes for women at all ages. we teach Arabic language, the Tajweed science (Quraan), Nuraniah, and Islamic studies. Our academy holds weekly classes for women and girls. Monday to Sunday.class durations are 3hrs per class.We are based in NU base Upperthorpe.All women are welcome.

Our church is open to any denomination or age. We have two services a week and a circle held once a week. Every month we either have a special or workshop or both held on a Saturday. Once every two months we have a day of readings and a weekly coffee morning . We also help to support our local communities and donate to things such as food banks.

DONATIONS TO REGISTERED CHARITIES

To raise money to give to people in need. locally and nationaly.

Collections donations on behalf, of the Eccleshill/Shipley food bank, a local charity This includes non perishable foodstuffs, baby items, tinned tomatoes, long life milk and fruit juice. Items collected continuously, and delivered to the foodbank approx every 3-4 weeks. Also voluntary donations to British heart foundation and and local person collected for for medical equipment.

Promoting chamber music concerts and festivals of exceptional quality and organising outreach activities in the community.

Sailing and Team Building

We rescue, rehabilitate and re-home rabbits and rodents in Staffordshire and surrounding areas.

Supporting children and their families going through their cancer diagnosis and treatment. This by means of providing facilities for recreation, financial assistance (small grants), emotional and practical advice. Providing help and assistance to Oncology wards, children's hospice (oncology patients).
