We offer opportunities to train and race in running, swimming, cycling and triathlon for the public benefit. We do this through offering training sessions through the week delivered by qualified individuals. We also host races for members only and also races that are open to the public.

It's key activities are the provision of a community hall, a lunch group open to the needy and lonely, a food bank/shared table, evangelical support for local schools and the provision of a nursery.

DASH is a practical Disability Arts development organisation, which works across the locally, regionally, nationally and internationally with disabled and deaf people and working in partnership with arts and cultural organisations to develop disability arts practice.
