Our mission is to rise awareness and change the stigma associated with mens health issues with a focus on testicular cancer. We aim to do this through providing educational programmes and opportunities for the youth of our community to help shape a generation of children who are self- aware about their health and wellbeing.

The relief of poverty and the promotion and preservation of good health among women and girls in such parts of the world as the trustees shall from time to time determine, by the provision of sanitary products that they would otherwise be unable to afford due to lack of means or education.

Our funding, leadership development, seed funding for businesses and ongoing mentoring helps to not only relieve poverty, but also create employment and raise the standard of the communities we work with.

We provide football activities (training, coaching, mentoring, refereeing and playing) for children and adults with Cerebral Palsy and /or Aquired Brain Injury.

We run projects, activities and campaigns to create healthy communities by enabling people to improve their wellbeing through movement.We promote free-to-access outdoor gym facilities and educate the public on how to use this equipment safely and effectively.We run a walking buddy service called Move Mates where volunteers walk with people who would otherwise struggle to leave their homes.

TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION BY ENCOURAGING PARTICIPATION IN SPORTS AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES WHICH IMPROVE FITNESS AND HEALTH, IN PARTICULAR IN THE SPORT OF RUNNING.

Converts empty commercial buildings into pop up creative community hubs. These provide spaces for local community groups; cultural events, exhibitions, training ; work spaces for community educators, entrepreneurs and artists.

We hold Sunday church services in Sunderland, mid-week groups that meet in homes across the city, and an online service every Sunday on our YouTube channel. We have other events throughout the year (eg. Good Friday Service / Carol Service / Worship Nights). We also engage with our local community through running a city centre playgroup for preschoolers.

The charity holds worship services each Sunday at 10.30 am and 6.30 pm, with Sunday school for children. A toddler and carer group is held each week, a cafe on Saturday mornings, ladies meeting, homegroup every Tuesday evening, street evangelism, and there is a midweek Bible study and prayer meeting on Wednesday at 6.30 pm. We rescue, rehabilitate and re-home dogs from the UK and abroad. Helping Hounds Hampshire has access to kennels where dogs are housed until they are ready for re-homing or are placed within our network of fosters. Our volunteers work in a variety of roles from working with dogs, to administrative tasks.
