Walkden Christian Centre is currently running a church within the Walkden Area, activities include the church itself and various community outreaches such as a youth project.

To help people and charitable institutions in need and to provide educational facilities for the community

- We run free suplementary school weekend classes for local children and adults- Health promotion activities- Arabic and mother tongue classes- Advice and guidance such interpreting, filling forms for older and sick residents- Prayer facilities for people coming to the centre

To improve, develop and maintain public education through choral music in the community, through rehearsing and giving concerts in London and elsewhere and for exchanges with other musical organisations

THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE ORTHODOX JEWISH FAITH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY ENABLING JEWISH PEOPLE WHO ARE PATIENTS IN HOSPITAL TO OBSERVE THE REQUIREMENTS OF THEIR FAITH THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FRESH KOSHER FOOD. THE CHARITY ALSO AIMS TO ADVOCATE FOR IMPROVED QUALITY OF CHOICE FOR PATIENTS WHO FOLLOW A KOSHER DIET, AND INSPIRE GOODNESS THROUGH PROACTIVE VOLUNTEERING IN THE COMMUNITY.

A peer based support group for military veterans and current/former emergency service personnel. Training regularly in to national fire service standards in all skills. The charity also provides Fire cover to a wide range of community events/festivals focusing on pubic safety, education and engagement across the South East and further afield if requested.

Look after the welfare of kidney (Renal) patients of St George's Hospital in Tooting in South London

The Club coaches and volunteers have provided paddling opportunities in a variety of different craft to the local communities and worked with other local clubs, scout and school groups enhancing skills and personal development and training on our local water and with trips and competitions across the country and acquired a 40 year lease at nominal rent for development of future facilities

Support and assistance to church planting groups and leaders worldwide, mainly with House Church planting movements and implementing faith in the work place, including projects in Burundi.Support for training Kenyan and other people in the training centre established in northern Kenya and local House Churches.Providing financial support to individuals, groups or churches in need or distress.
